Not much around and either a very long walk or had to take a taxi to facilities like bars, restaurants. There was a football team or sports group staying in the complex and they used the communal areas for football practice which was slightly annoying as on the days they weren’t there, it was a very relaxed, quiet ambience in the communal areas.

Location was as stated, but would have been nice to be able to walk out to bars/ restaurants in the evening instead of taking a cab.

Staff were very helpful, particularly Pep! Suites were very clean and comfortable, pool, poolside and gardens all top marks.

I dont know if it was something temporary, but I didnt bought the buffet when booking and when I ordered meals from the a lá cart menu, they werent good. One of the starters (croquetas) were very bad cooked and then I had to return. The staff did the right thing and didnt let me pay. The hotel should pay more atention to restaurant and have better cookers.

The breakfast was awesome, planty of option... gluten food, etc.The staff is amazing, very kind. The facilities of the hotel are great. Amazing swimming pools, for both kids and adults.They have 2 gyms, planty of space, and a shower room if you need to stay longer after check-out.

The hotel is a bit far from Playa del Inglés and Faro de Maspalomas and the closest access to the Dunes is 25-30 min walking. But you can ask the reception for a taxi, which are fast and cheap (5-7€, 5-10 min to go anywhere in the city). Taxis are everywhere, anytime in the city, so no problem to come back.

The hotel is very beautiful and calm, with pools and plants in the common areas, very well maintained and modern. The personnel was extremely sympathetic and provided a lot of help to visit the city/island and to have dinner outside. The rooms are cosy and quite big, with a bedroom, a large bathroom and a living room with kitchenette and a lot of storage units. The room had also a nice patio outside, with 2 chairs, a small table and a drying rack, which was very useful. The breakfast was incredible, with a lot of variety, good quality food and drinks, and original meals. The bar near the pool was nice. Dinners are good, with singers performing 2-3 times a week. I recommend the hotel !

The beds were not only uncomfortable but also has wheels so every time I moved the bed moved with me. For a rest of this level the minimum would be to invest in proper beds. Also, the dinner buffet was rather sad and not worth it.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the tastefulness of the decor of the resort.

Great food, great staff. Juan. Johnathan, Luis and Oscar all made our stay a good one. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting peace quiet and or golf. However it is a good walk to the beach or shops/nightlife.

I didn't like that they charged €5 per pool towel and there was only one iron in the whole resort, which happened to be ant infested. You had to pay for bottled water as well, as the tap water there isn't best for drinking.

The resort was very well kept, excellent cleanliness everywhere, beautiful landscaping and gardens, clean common areas like gym, poolside etc. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent too. There was a separate adults only pool area with a jacuzzi, but we didn't get to try it as we were with family

Only thing I would say requires improvement is the restaurant. In comparison with the rest of the hotel the restaurant itself is a little tired and the food is very average.

Great stay. Lovely clean rooms, very friendly staff. Great pool area. Hotel is a little bit remove however we hired bikes so this was not a problem at all.
