Location, no parking, roadworks outside hotel, advised when booking parking was available, no notification roadworks outside hotel limited parking, would not of booked if there was no parking. Music being played early hours of morning and choice of music that contains a lot of swear words.

The sink was in the room rather than the bathroom and the bathroom walls were all frosted glass. Very little room for the toilet and even less (sound and light) privacy! Definitely one for very familiar couples!

Staff very helpful, room nicely presented, restaurant (dinner and breakfast included) was very good. Entertainment (in the courtyard right outside and below our room) on three nights was an unexpected bonus you couldn't ignore. The room had a massive jacuzzi in it and the the spacious balcony had a double-width sunbed. Parking was in a very tight garage, which I was able to reserve for a modest sum along with free use of an EV charger.

The hotel lacked basic facilities, given the price. There was no drinking water (which is a basic necessity) included in the room price, and I was asked to buy it from the bar. There was no Iron in the room and the staff told me it is because of "the risk". What risk??? I had to send my clothes to laundry, which, btw, I had to bring to the reception. The room telephone did not work and I had to run every now and then to the reception. Not expected at a 4-star hotel.

The room was very clean and tidy. Staff all over the hotel, whether it be the reception, bar, restaurant or room service were cordial. Hotel's location was very good and conveniently near the beach, the shopping street and the transportation to Barcelona. Restaurant was good and spacious. Food quality was good but can be improved.

The staff was polite but not heartfelt. We chose this hotels because of the pools shown on the pictures. But, the pools seem much smaller in reality then they seem on the picteres. The pool donwstairs is most of the day in the shadow and was very cold for my children. But, on the rooftop, were the other pool was located, people under the age of 18 were not allowed. This was not mentionned, nor on booking, nor on their own website. This is a pity. But overall we liked the hotel, especially because of the nice rooms and the great location.

We loved the beautiful cozy room, with small balcony, perfect for our little family. We had enough space, the beds were really good, and the decoration was sober but beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, many options, delicious waffles and show cooking. We especially loved the location of the hotel, in a quiet street steps away from the beach.

there was no sound proof between rooms and we could hear everything from the room next-door, good thing is that people were pretty quiet, so we had no problems.

Location of the property is great, walking distance to the beach and main shopping street. Rooms are nice and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. We had a large room with a huge balcony and Jacuzzi on balcony. I love the balcony and relaxing seating area. Hotel is small but has everything you need. I was happy to see that there was attachment for curly hair for the hair dryer, which I have never seen in Hotels before. The food was delicious and most of the days, we had breakfast and dinner included. There was a lot of varieties, including seafood, my only complaint is that the food was sometimes too salty.

Not so much I did not like but l booked the parking which was underground and very tight as I am used to narrow mountain roads not a problem but if you are nervous re parking in tight spaces you are warned.

Location was excellent close to restaurants shops etc less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Drink prices where reasonable good bar menu the steak was excellent. Staff where great.

A small thing but the room I stayed in had a sensor light rather than a switch in the bathroom. Took a while for the light to go off once you left the bathroom and it being frosted glass it lit up part of the room at nighttime.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good. Catered well for all the Ironman competitors and especially on day of the race by opening breakfast earlier an laying on a feast. Bar staff were friendly and made good sangria….

The three pools are all beautiful and instagramable, but none are deep enough to swim in. This was a real shame.

Lovely, clean, modern hotel. Beautiful pool, sunbathing and seating areas. Staff were wonderful with one salty bartender as the exception. Location is fantastic. Breakfast (which we wouldn't normally book, it just came as part of the room package) was so, so good. Such a varied selection, all fresh.
