The bathroom was a little tired in places. Just wear and tear but this was not a problem for us.

We were right near the beach which I have to say was beautiful. The room was clean although only cleaned every two days which given there were six of us it would've been better every day. Gloria on reception was absolutely lovely and so helpful. The area is slightly out of the way so either hire a car suffer the bus or pay for taxis.

I think the internet connection is really bad and can be improved. Also, the main room had 2 single bed put together as one which was really uncomfortable.

The location is really good as it takes only 30 mins from the airport and public transport is running around 24/7. The breakfast comes with different varieties so I will say it’s ok.

Very basic breakfast, not worth it in my opinion. You have to go around the building to get to the pool and there is no gym - the nearest gym is 2 km away and packed with people.

The accomodation was very clean and we could see the sea from our balcony. We always found a parking space (May 2025). There is a small grocery store nearby and a nice beach where you can enjoy the sunsets. If you like walking, you can get all the way to the city in under an hour or you can use the public transportation for a few euros.

I would have loved a slightly later check out but I understand it wasn’t possible. There’s a lovely beach club close by if you do need to check out early but have time before your flight

Really lovely apartment, quiet area, a local friend from Ibiza town remarked how lovely the air is in port d’es torrent, very close to the beach and local restaurants, nice big car park opposite, you can walk into San Antonio if you cross the beach if you want to find bigger shops and amenities

Room really clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning was great. Swimming pool area was pleasant. Location perfect for us - near a beautiful beach and a few lovely restaurants, but also a great place to explore other beaches and towns a short drive away.

All the facilities were closed. A main reason we booked this hotel were due to its advertised facilities like the on location bar, BBQ rental and ping-pong table- however none of these were available to us at the time of our stay (end of March). If these facilities are seasonal it’d be great to be advertised as so. Check out and check in times were quite late

The hotel was well located near the beach and bus stops. The room itself had all necessary appliances to make cooking comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helped to accommodate us.

The apartment with 2 teenagers was too small. I would advice with 2 bigger children to go for 2 separate bedrooms. Very small kitchen, difficult to cook in it. No bbq facility, a mess outside at the lounge corner, a pity. Big pool, not heated, I missed music, they really can make it more nice overthere.

Good Location, close to a Beautiful beach! The apartment had a good bed, Nice Terrace on 3rd Floor with Sea view. Nice friendly staff. Lady at reception and breakfast was very kind for our daughters. Good airco!

The pictures were not accurate and the rooms were shabby and need a total revamp! Very disappointing for the hefty price. The furniture was old and my double bed creaked like hell!

It is not the kind of hotel where you can ask/take a few supplies for a snack at the beach. Hotel rules and taken VERY SERIOUSLY.

Location Location Location! Super close go the beach. Port des Torrent is kids/family friendly. No waves. 3 restaurants on the beach - only one works if you want to watch the sunset. Through the beach you also have access to a few more restaurants in walking distance (20/40min from Camelina Suites). Apartment shows the passing of time but the furniture/toilet is modern. Nice balcony on the apartment. Kitchen supplies are plenty and they also provided us with a sample dish detergent, which was a plus. Swimming pool area is large and inviting. Reception staff super nice. On arrival offered to lend a sunshade for the kids (plenty of guests buy and leave them there) - we did the same with toys we bought for the beach. Cleaning staff were also very kind. It is not easy to accommodate guests requests to come before or after the kids nap but we were lucky, I believe. Suggest to ask for ground or 1st floor room if you have small kids.

The bathroom door had no lock and needs better ventilation fan

It was in an extremely good location and the beach was beautiful with local restaurants which were great especially the Steakhouse and Tigre Murado on the beach itself. Gloria was excellent in main reception and other staff were very helpful too.

breakfast was really disappointing for 20 euro pp, go to the little bar at the street, its much better and costs a lot less. please change the coffee machine, its horrible coffee!
