We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Kingdom30 minutes to check in 3 people before me. I arrived after midnight and I had to live at 5. The process of check in could definitely be smoother and consequently quicker.
Good for one night, definitely not if you are planning to visit Málaga. Clean and comfortable.

United KingdomThe hotel is not the easiest to find or access, especially if you are approaching it from the wrong side of the highway. The car park is usually pretty full......we found a space both times but I mention this as a warning to people, especially if arriving late.
The room was lovely and clean, the buffet breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

United KingdomThe only issue we had was a leaky hose on the shower, although we still managed to use it. We reported the issue to the reception staff when checking out. The receptionist thanked us for the information, and she would report to the maintenance staff to fix asap.
The friendly and helpful staff, location, clean and comfortable room. Would definitely stay there again.

By going down to breakfast later (but within the advertised time scale) there was no hot food available and the containers weren't replenished. The breakfast really wasn't worth the additional cost.
