Nice hotel. Mostly families with kids were staying. I liked sea view from the bed.

The room was very narrow. The pool was small. Parking difficulties in the area. I recommend to book parking space in the complex but it's not roofed. Full board but not water included.

The location, next to the beach, and the room terrace. There were also many elevators. The service in general to be a three star hotel. Food not bad although not high cuisine.

Other guests reserving sunbeds by leaving towels and disappearing for hours. All that needs to be done is for security to remove all towels just before the pool opens. I have seen most sunbeds reserved before the pool maintenance people have even finished preparing the pool for the day, and hardly a guest in sight because they're probably having breakfast. Really annoying.

We've been here many times, (usually half-board), and enjoy the location, cleanliness of the rooms and the meals.

We couldn't find a local bus service so when wanting to trave; further afield, we needed to get a taxi.

The hotel was an 'out of city location' which we liked, a short walk along the beautiful beach got you to plenty of restaurants and bars. Plenty of choice at breakfast, all good, the rooms were nice, sea views for all and the staff were very helpful.

The car park exit is very dangerous, a mirror at the exit to be able to see whether cars are coming down the road would help as its impossible to see.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The view from the balcony was stunning. One of the best breakfast spreads to date for me. The bed was very comfortable and good pillows. All in all a very relaxed and enjoyable week, I will definately stay here again later in the year.

The rooms do not have good soundproofing. It is possible to hear noise coming from other rooms.

Breakfest buffet was nice, they gave us a prosseco to celebrate my birthday.

Having visited the hotel twice before, on this visit the food choices at dinner were well below what which was anticipated from previous visits. We have another stay booked for October but are seriously considering cancelling.?

A bit far from the centre. Receptionist was rude. As you can see. I use B. Com regularly. And 95% of my reviews are great. I think Julia. Was obnoxious. I asked if a disabled pensioner could just park for 30 mins. As he was only having a coffee with me. Her answer. Park on the road. I did ask very politely. She wasn’t bothers. Up her own Ass.

The check in was a little long and the breakfast wasn’t as good this year as it was last year, it lacked the variety (but was still delicious).

This is the second time we have stayed and we will be back for certain. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea from our balcony, the pool was excellent and we loved being so close to the beach.

The memo board at the front desk could have had a translated English copy to assist guests who do not speak Spanish.

The property and staff were great. As long as you used Google Translate for notes around the hotel, it was great. There were a few staff members who spoke English, but all staff members were open to conversation when I used the Translate app.

The lifts were all connected but only 2 went down to the -1 floor where wheelchairs were accessible to the dining room and exit to most facilities, this incurred long delays. It would be good if the 2 that had wheelchairs on would be on a separate system. I

The beach location made it for us, gorgeous beach and cocktail bar which did snacks and cocktails at reasonable prices, the ambiance was great.
