Unfortunately, there's no fridge in the room. Fine. however it can be nicer to refresh a bit the forniture and overall hotel.

Location is perfect for living the best spots in Benicassim. Easy chechin and out. Near many restaurants, grocery and shops.

For my taste was a bit to far from the beach, not fridge in the room, and a bit too old the furnitures. the noise during the evening/night is loud.

Noisy street on the Friday night Very thin walls mean you hear everything from the room next door. The shower was very poor and needs maintenance. Apart from check in, no one ever at reception unless you request in advance if you need anything.

No hot water! I arrived at 02:30 am and just wanted to have a shower after a long trip and I had 2.5 hours of sleep. There was no hot water at all and someone behind the wall was snoring so loud I heard like it’s in my room. Terrible experience!

I don't have a single complaint. The only thing that could have been a problem (a noisy customer) was handled swiftly and professionally by the staff.

I prefer the downtown vibes to the beachline vibes, especially when it comes to dining places and so on. Right on the same street where the hotel is located, you will find nice wine places, traditional vermouth and beer pubs, cafes, and restaurants.

Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room (but I do understand it is a two-star hotel).

Everything worked well - aircon and fan cooled the room perfectly, hotel and room access key code process clear and easy, room cleaned well every day, hot shower, wifi worked.

Review We arrived at the hotel with a warm welcome, the receptionists were very nice. The only good thing about the hotel from my point of view. After two hours I'm going to have to use the room service and the broken cistern. I went down to talk to the reception and there were three men fixing the computer, one of them asked me if I could help him and commented about the cistern, saying that we had paid €200 for 4 days and no, it didn't seem right to me that the cistern didn't work. worked, they should have looked at it before. We asked to change rooms (which the man comments would have broken his toilet, without ever asking for forgiveness or without remorse or empathy, in the most unpleasant way possible). Then talking to the girl at the reception I found out that he was the owner of the hotel, which if I had known, I would have answered that no one can talk to anyone that way, just because you have money doesn't give you the right to talk to people. in a bad way. It says in the room that there is a very small TV, you can barely see it on the wall and as high as possible. Breakfast is opposite, in a bar and they only let you have a coffee or juice with a toast or a croissant. On their website they say continental breakfast, which is a lie, breakfast valued at €3, when we have breakfast included. I went back up to our room later the same day because we had left something, so I looked at the cistern and my feces were still in the toilet. Doors with clearly visible bumps, bathtub without stopper so you can't bathe. (The water takes half an hour to heat up) 0/10 This hotel, if you can call it that, I would not recommend it to anyone, I work as a receptionist and I know the industry. The owner is very unpleasant and unethical, I hope he treats the other guests better, I will never return. We wake up on the day of departure and see that they have cut off our water, we cannot shower or go to the bathroom.
