Plumbing in both shower and tub drained slowly. Otherwise, excellent accommodations.

Did not have breakfast. Location, good if you have a car. Great if you use the bus. Bus stop # 5 was across the street from the hotel. Bus ride to the aqueduct stop was about 10 minutes. Hotel receptionist Anna was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and has a good sense of humor.

The process for getting a pool towel was unnecessarily complicated but not a huge deal.

Pool open at 11 am !! On August !! Very late . Besides the spa been closed . This was a huge disappointment.

Spotlessly Clean Rooms, Comfortable Beds, and a Spacious Lobby The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. A big thank you and applause to the housekeeping señoras for their excellent work! The lobby is humongous, with plenty of space—you can even choose your own area to relax and unwind. The location is also ideal, just a short drive or 15 minutes walk to the the aqueduct and Segovia old town.

the location is a little out of town but is on a regular bus route. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room as I would have expected in this class of establishment. the outdoor pool was not open. the indoor pool was not accessible without additional payment and wearing of costume, flipflops and a swim cap which we did not have.

The spa was a bit of a letdown. It’s quite small and doesn’t offer many options compared to what you might expect from a hotel of this level

The hotel is elegant and tastefully decorated, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the rooms. Speaking of the rooms – they were impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and the view was great.

Not a great choice unless you have arrived by car. The bus from the train station stops at the hotel. The bus into Segovia has a stop in front of the hotel, but coming back it stops some distance away. You might need Google Maps to figure out how to walk back to the hotel from the bus stop

Location is quite distant to town center.

View of the room was astonishing facing the mountain. Breakfast was very good, along with room style, furniture and amenities. Staff is incredibly helpful and nice, will definitely stay here next time I visit Segovia.

If you are thinking that spa would be your main attraction, you need to take into account that the spa needs to be booked and paid for separately and also the limited hours it is open. It is closed on sundays, so a spa weekend is actually a spa-saturday till 7pm…
