Behaviour of staff should equal with all person.

Breakfast was awesome. I really enjoyed as vegetarian also had many options available which I found very good. It is in nominal price I assume that in Palma de Mallorca none of hotel or restaurant will provide such a breakfast in this price.

The neighbourhood is super noisy, air con did not work in the room, was a nightmare to sleep with the window open and being so hot & loud outside. Cleanness was ok. The biggest disappointment, when contacted the hotel in advance asking if they have rooms suitable for 3 adults - the answer was ‘No’. Booked double & single rooms. On arrival were checked in and given 2 bed suite with double bed and single bed in a separate room.

The location is noisy (air traffic starts 6:30 am), guests are careless while leaving their rooms (slamming doors, rolling suitcases). Beds are quite old, barely comfortable.

The hotel is easy to reach, perfect for a stay prior to an early flight. The breakfast was bigger than expected, quite good. The personnel is very friendly, helpful, and happy to provide extra help or items needed for a more comfortable stay.

Not very clean. Toilet had urine and paper in it. Beds were terrible. Mini kitchen but no utensils of any kind.

For the one night we spent there I found it quite pricey. Fridge did not work, not sure if it was because it was broken or if I was trying to switch it on the wrong way. The shower head did not have a tube, it was simply sticking out of the wall.

Great location, very close to the beach. The area was relatively quiet despite the airport being close. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a decent size, beds were ok but not the sturdiest.

The room was quite small, and there were absolutely no drawers to store clothes or equipment - just a few shelfs and hangers. We booked a superior room, which had a safe among other extras. Surprisingly we were required to pay 3 euro per day to use the safe, which we found quite ridiculous. After some discussion we got it for free. The air condition main unit was placed on the balcony with the air flow directly towards the chairs - not a stroke of genius. We solved it by turning off the air condition while we were sitting at the balcony, and kept doors closed.

The location was good. Close to beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop etc, but in a quiet street. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were very wide and comfortable, the breakfast was great (although in a neighbouring hotel). The hotel was quite modest but fair, which was as expected. We consider it value for money.

All in all our stay was very good. However there are some things we didn’t like, firstly the lack of facilities was a little frustrating. There was no option for food at the hotel. Which isn’t really an issue since there is loads of restaurants around. The kitchenette that we had was equipped with a fridge tap and electric hob. However there was no kettle, or any equipment such as pans to cook on. The bed sheets and floors were very clean however the walls had stains on them. The last point I have is the bathroom, it had a shower and a very very small bath. Which was too small for us.

I travelling with my wife and two kids(ages 4 and 2) I liked how there was two separate rooms. The AC which was only in one room was freezing. Which was brilliant after being out in the hot weather all day. The location of the hotel was great. Right on the strip. Plently of shops around. Staff were very friendly.
