You pay 30€ per night for a dog for a “special cleaning” it’s to abusive ! It’s a lot of money for nothing ! When you travel with pets they give you old rooms in the last part of the hotel.

The hotel was ideally situated by the sea, but it was also located alongside a busy main road. As a result, there was a constant flow of traffic, including during the early morning and late evening hours, which could make it difficult to fully relax in the room due to the outside noise. However, this may vary depending on the room type and location, as sea-view rooms and those positioned away from the road may offer a quieter and more peaceful stay. The room was on the smaller side, although this may vary depending on the room category booked. Despite its compact size, it was comfortable and functional. The bathroom, however, felt particularly small and somewhat cramped, making it the least spacious part of the accommodation.

The hotel's location was exceptional, situated right by the sea and offering stunning views from both the restaurant and the rooms overlooking the pool and coastline. The beautifully landscaped gardens were a highlight, filled with lush greenery, palm trees, and vibrant flowers that created a tranquil, tropical atmosphere. The reception lobby was particularly impressive, with a grand and elegant feel. As the hotel also featured a spa, a wonderful fragrance greeted guests upon arrival, adding to the sense of luxury and relaxation. The outdoor swimming pool was another standout feature, providing breathtaking sea views and the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

This is not a 4 star hotel by modern standards it’s tired and needs upgrading, lady on reception not particularly welcoming or helpful re car parking which is a disaster and shouldn’t be offered as on site in my opinion, rooms clean but need renovation, staff do not seem over motivated probably by lack of numbers , all in all sorry to say disappointed

The bath tub was very small - I fell because one step in either direction and I slipped on a curve… No discount on treatments at the spa for guests.

Loved the location, the hotel’s interior and facilities. I loved the sea view from the room. Tennis and Padel courts were right outside the hotel.

The spa is charging 12/hour/person to use the indoor pool. There is limited parking on site but a parking lot with plenty of room 3 minutes walk. The showerhead in the room is a bit broken.

The only issue we had was that the hotel states that they have an indoor pool which is why we selected that hotel. In reality the indoor pool is their Spa which is lovely but children can only use it for two hours a day (9-10 & 14:00-15:00) and it has to be reserved in advance. None of this we knew until we showed up at the pool ready to go with four kids.

This hotel is great for families. There’s a soft play area a bit out of the way so it doesn’t inconvenience other guests and a great little playground in the courtyard. Easy access to cool coves and the walking path that connects all of the coves. The lobby bar was a great meeting area and the kids loved the chess board. Breakfast was fine, food quality wasn’t amazing but good enough. The views were great.

The hotel's interior is very beautiful, with its courtyard and a gorgeous view of the sea and cliffs.

Rooms could do with a bit of updating and TLC. Spa was good but a supplement to use and the kid timetable was very short. Bathroom shower was hit and miss

I was quite disappointed that it wasn't mentioned on booking that the spa was not included. They also charge for flip flops, for hair cap... I've never experienced this before. Breakfast time and price was also not mentioned at arrival. Staff was really nice though but disappointed by the spa experience. It's also far from everything, without a car it's difficult.
