Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The reception is online so contact with them should be immediate when asking a question, unfortunately it wasn't. They answered after some time and we were already stressed.

- the smell of cigarette, clearly someone smoked before us; - the long pillow that 2 people are supposed to use, what’s up with that? Every person should have their own pillow.
- pretty clean, enough utilities, including hair dryer; - located near restaurants and 5 min walking to Carrefour; - great rest after finishing El Camino!

The room didn't have AC, but I must say that the weather was very mild allowing me to not miss it.
The convenience of having a bus stop just down the street was very nice! The bed was very comfortable, which is important.

Slightly daunting the initial process of obtaining access to the property but once you understand it it’s very easy.
Cheap and cheerful, perfect for a short stopover, a pleasant 20 minute walk to the cathedral, lovely breakfast supplied by a nearby hotel, underground private parking, no complaints.

You really miss a fan or A/C in hot days/nights! The noise in the morning was unpleasant, from other guests but also from the Housekeeping Team cleaning the room beside ours.
The room (and common areas too!) was clean and it has a good size (we were 3 people). I like the self-check-in process, it's very easy and they invite you to a WhatsApp group to make it easier. Location is good, not in the centre but in a very calm area and nice shops on the way.

Great facilities specially considering the price. Online check in is a bit convoluted, and reception is not staffed, so it is important to be prepared for that. Staff members are available on the phone, and they were very helpful. Cleaning staff also very friendly and accessible.

Basic but comfortable hotel, no reception staff, everything done via keyless entry. Clean, spacious room and secure underground parking for Motos. Great location, easy walk into city. Good br eakfast is in another hotel less than 5 minutes walk.

There was no plug for the bath so despite there being a bathtub I could only take a shower :/
Check in was online and completely virtual and super easy! The room was very clean as well

The hotel was really clean. Eventhough the check in bali was virtual, they use WhatsApp and they were extremely fast and helpfull they also helped me with a taxi at 5.30, so you are sure you don't pay to much. Thanks for a nice experience my last few night in Santiago

It was very dark in the stairscase going up to the rooms. I had to find the light switch to light my way up.

As with many underground garages, you're better with a smaller car!
Excellent value for money, clean, nice bathroom, quiet , secure parking and easy communication about getting in. About 1.5 k walk into town but felt easy with a couple of nice bars on the way (and felt MUCH closer than the campsite!). Would happily stay again.

Access to the underground carpark was difficult. The door didn't open properly and hit the roof of my car on entry.
Good place to stay. Not exactly central, but only half hour walk through quite pleasant area. Great safe underground car park.

It was very wet during our stay, and the heating had been turned off (mid June), but the front desk got us a heater when we asked.
On long (8 weeks) trips with a car, it can be difficult to find well-priced accommodation in towns without having to pay for parking. This fit the bill. A standard hotel room, with free secure underground parking, about a 25 minute walk from the Cathedral. The hotel is very near a big shopping centre, and on a busy 2 lane road, but was quiet at night. The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful, but note it is manned limited hours. Breakfast was available, but we prefer to cafe it in towns.
