Very noisy. Every sound from above and below could be heard through the floors. Lots of banging doors.

Nice room. Excellent breakfast. Very polite staff.

The view from the room was like a prison, looking straight across to the other rooms on the internal square of the hotel, very little day light as the wall opposite is painted dark blue. Make sure you get a room on the outside ---- there are some ,maybe more expensive.

The room was clean, good size and comfortable beds with cotton sheets and the bathroom was well equipped.

My fault entirely, but I left some documents in the room safe and didn't realise until I got home which is an hour away. It would make sense to note that guests have a safe key and ask for its return

Breakfast was excellent, but a little expensive by normal Spanish standards. Amazing to find a kettle and tea/coffee which is very unusual in Spanish hotels. Well stocked minibar too

Slight walk to the centre of town, but still less than 10 minutes.

Relatively central, friendly staff. The room was large. Parking is available for at a very reasonable rate.

Better quality tea and coffee making facilities in the room are needed. The hot water made the plastic spoon next to ineffective and the plastic cup was hard to hold with a hot drink in it. Providing plastic utensils is almost insulting.

Very comfortable, breakfast was comprehensive, location was fine if you don't mind walking a bit, facilities were ok and staff very helpful. Overall very good value for money.

The Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent. I tried many times on a couple of different devices to connect. The only time I had success in connecting, the connection was so slow as to be totally useless. This was extremely frustrating. Obviously the hotel has very small bandwidth or something. It's quite a large hotel (actually two hotels) so they should improve their connection.

The location was reasonably convenient. The room was a fairly standard chain motel/hotel style. Breakfast was quite good - plenty of variety, and a good selection of fresh fruit. Nothing fancy, but you would find most (or all) of what you would want there.

Parking fee was 12 Euro per day. Difficult to find a nearby free parking spot on weekend, and it would probably be impossible during workdays due to parking restrictions. There was little space available in front of the hotel to unload the car.

Good value for money. The room was clean and quiet.

Soundproofing between the rooms is very poor. We had loud neighbours to one side and an Olympic snorer above. Lighting in the bedroom itself was rather dim. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The recommended parking at their sister hotel nearby is very tight indeed for anything bigger than a small family saloon and requires much shunting back and forth but the attendant is very helpful with external guidance.

Anyone who has spent any time travelling on business will instantly be familiar with this type of chain hotel. Clean, functional and efficient but essentially soulless. It is fairly well situated just an easy walk from the main sights. The rooms are spacious and brightly decorated and the wi fi is good. Breakfast is excellent with a good choice of hot and cold dishes.

Poor soundproofing, even normal noise travels from room to room. Poor WiFi.

A small hotel, in a quiet street. A 15 minute walk from the centre. Clean and quite comfortable. Bars and bakeries around, if you do not want to pay for breakfast. Nice staff.

The restaurant stated that opening time was 7.70 but that was only for snacks. The kitchen did not open until 8.30 which was too late so we did not eat there, neither did anyone else while we were staying there.

There are plenty of Cafes in the region but there are none that I could recommend .

The Hotel is well located and is clean and comfortable. The Hotel and the restaurant are managed separately and independently and there would appear to be an underlying tension in the relationship. The staff in the Hotel were friendly !!

Good location 15 - 20 minutes stroll from town centre. We were there over a weekend so parked on the street for pennies (free overnight and from Sat 14h00 onwards thru Mon morning) Decent size room with aircon & fridge. The Tasca Tio Andres bar and restaurant in the same block but on the opposite side from Carlos III is very good. Outdoor seating as well as a bar and indoor restaurant. Down at the harbour, a hundred metres or so to the left of the yacht marina are a series of fish restaurants. We went to Casa del Pescador - excellent and inexpensive. Techos Bajos (next door) is also supposed to be good.

To get to the "old town" part of the city and the harbor, you have to walk through a sort of construction zone. It was quite awkward. The parking is conveniently located, but my car was parked in, so we had to wait for someone get keys to the other car and then the garage attendant ended up having to drive my car out of the tiny tight spot because there's no way I could have done it myself without putting a dent in it!

The hotel was build in a square and all you could see out of the windows was like looking at a tower block concrete and other windows looking at you. The Hotel Reception were very unwelcoming no where to park the car when we arrived people just parked over the hotel entrance no security keeping space for guest to at least unload. Very creepy sort of hotel not to my liking very different to discription.

the breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff very friendly. Nice to be able to park car in garage near by. Cartagena itself was lovely but the hotel was a bit far out and not in a particularly nice area of town. The weather was lovely so only came back to the hotel by taxi at night.

The views from the rooms are poor but cannot be avoided. The seats in the room could be a little better. We had a problem with reception where they had only booked us in for one night instead of two and locked us out on second day, it was resolved but it caused unnecessary stress

Rooms are really large, Lovely bathrooms, well equipped and so spotless with a good shower and bath , Heating worked and kept the room at a good temperature. Beds really comfortable and a goodsize. Top rate new TV and well decorated modern rooms, Breakfast was top rate and could not be faulted, the staff at breakfast time were so polite and helpful. Very centrally located in Cartegana. It is a little too far to walk to all the major sites without having lots of time. Saying this however the hotel provided a great tour booklet on the keys sites that they had prepared. This was fabulous.
