Restaurant opened late, well after the scheduled time of 9 pm.

Excellent for travelling with dog with good walking areas. Good bar and tapas service. Very good for overnight stop.

Air conditioning is very noisy and was more of a portable variety and not very effective and no way to quieten it. Also the balcony was only a Juliet one so not what we expected

The staff were very nice and the food in the restaurant was superb. Breakfast was reasonable

Small niggle room 118 had a broken door handle and it may have been like this for some time. Undermines the efforts that are being made.

Very laid back, it's the heart of the community. Noisy, fun and exuberant! Helpful if you have a bit of Spanish though, so you can mingle. You must meet the parakeet!

Very very helpfull staff, they could not do enough for me. I had to go into hospital unexpectedly but they looked after all my possessions and motorbike for a week at no cost. I cannot thank them enough.

This hotel was quite shabby from the outside which didn't show in the photos. The breakfast was very basic: 2 slices of bread and one slice of ham. The internet was very slow and didn't work well.

The bed was comfortable and it was easy to park. The staff were smiley and pleasant. We were allowed to stay with our dog at no extra charge.

Staff spoke very little to no English but was advertised as English speaking. The cafeteria was used a lot by the locals and had litter all over the floor looked dirty and unclean. No restaurant or breakfast times displayed in English, was supposed to have 24hr reception which it did not. The chef and a cleaner where left on reception at times. Rooms dated but clean.

Location was ok just outside Zamora in a small village, good for a base of travelling.

Friendly staff, helpful, sense of humour. Comfortable spacious rooms, plentiful hot water for the bath. Busy restaurant with great menu. Typical Spanish breakfast. Plenty of parking. Easy to find.

on arrival no staff at reception desk and we had to search in the dark to find some-one to help us Breakfast in the cafeteria, dirty and loud in the restaurant they didn't offer us the menu of the day (which other guests had), but a more expensive one, which wasn't bad, but it felt like a tourist trap.

    pets allowed good beds

Old hotel, with old used equipment. Walls do not protect against any voice from neighbors. Stay away from this place.

    Nothing we enjoy.
