Fabulous apartment with great amenities, beautiful porch and patio furniture with an amazing view. Kitchen was well equiped with oil, vinegar salt, so nice. Host was kind, helpful and available if needed. Great town, interesting fun easy and beautiful. Far exceeded expectations.

This apartment was beautiful. So comfortable, clean, spacious. Everything you need and more. Stunning views. We can’t believe how close you are to the centre of Potes but yet it’s so quiet and peaceful. Everything about our stay was perfect. The hosts are amazing so accommodating and helpful. We wish to return. It’s an absolute gem.

Negatives: • I couldn't find any clothes pegs for the drying rack, although I had brought some along, so it wasn't a problem for me. • Nearby to the property (but nothing to do with the owner) a couple of dogs barked at times during the night, which was a bit irritating. I put ear plugs in, so it became less of a problem.

Positives: • Great sized of apartment for one or two people. • Nice balcony with outstanding views. • Agustín, the owner, was very friendly and offered advice on hiking routes, plus bars and restaurants to try. • Big fridge-freezer, plus microwave for small amounts of self-catering. • Very good to have a washing machine and clothes drying rack. • Lots of wardrobe space, with plenty of coat hangers. • Superb location, just a 2 minute walk from the centre of Potes. • Very good shower.

Bed was quite soft and was two single beds pushed together.

Absolutely lovely appartment with very friendly and helpfull hoste. Spectacular balcony with view of Picos. Very well appointed appartment. 5 mins in to town. Roadside parking near to appartment. Note that there are steps to and from the appartment.

Great place to explore the picos, then return to the apartment and relax with beautiful views of the mountains and the town of Potes. a short and very pleasant stroll in to the centre with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Good large supermarkets available.

Beautiful property in the heart of Potes just a few small steps from the centre and with the most stunning views of the mountains surrounding the town. The place gave a real sense of what it would be like to live in the area and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

This must be the best place to stay in Potes! The split-level studio was perfect for a couple. We very much appreciated the way that Augustin has equipped & decorated the studio. Everything is clean & smart & comfortable. The garden is beautiful - there is a lovely outdoor table for drinks & food, with great views of the mountains. Augustin is a great host. We hope to return & also recommend to friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nothing, it was perfect, one thing to note - we got caught out that with such a big kitchen there was no oven. Completely Our fault we didn’t notice until we went to heat a pizza.

This apartment is simply amazing! The location is perfect for quickly walking down to town. The view from the balcony is incredible! It is super comfortable and has what you need for a great stay.
