Very eclectic and interesting stuff everywhere, and everything needed for cooking, coffee etc. provided - the host is lovely and even provided home made food occasionally

Would have liked more space to sit outside

A very nice landlord

The economy single room was very uncomfortable. Also I had to remove bedding and clear my room after my stay which was a very unusual thing to do for me as a paying guest!

Atypical house, comfortable room, bed sheets clean and fresh, nice small kitchen on the rooftop, hot water for shower, and clear instruction for self Check-in.

I don’t like to give bad comment but i have to warn people because what happens there is not normal (and not even legal i think). First of all, there is a lot of instructions, rules, and things you have to do when you are there (taking off bed sheets and pillowcase, take out the trash, sending picture of things that shall remains in the house after leaving like the remotes… and other annoying and useless stuffs). Then the big deal is that there are cameras evereywhere in the house (only in the common spaces, i hope so) and the owners are checking it all day long, sending message of threat and remind when you supposedly do something wrong (they accused me of smoking on the rooftop while i was just preparing/rolling my cigarett before going downstair to smoke in the dedicated area, as they asked). So before going there, just know these 3 things : Big Brother is watching you. Big Brother makes mistakes. And Big Brother is lazy.

Was decorated so eclectically we loved it! The host was lovely and even gave us some papaya

Very clean accommodation with nice beds and a nice balcony with a view over the city! The communication with the owner was very clear and fast. He is open for any requests and is very willing to send you all the recommondations for food and sightseeing. The breakfast was very delicious!

Free parkingspaces next to the house are not very available anymore. There is a big parking space (Parking Chouhada) on a 9 minute walk where you pay 5 euros. For 5 euros extra they even wash your car there!

The bathroom is super fine, for the price.

Rooms are not finished ( they are renovating) and someone left some kind of noise making appliance so I could not sleep. Ditched them in the first night, lost a couple of euros.

There are rules about on checkout need to empty the trashcans and make the bed - different from other bookings Place is near the nature, so be prepared to find big roaches (~4cm) inside the apartment. Talked with owner, he said they are common. Score is not high because of the roachy surprise, otherwise good.

Didn’t have breakfast, was ok for one night.

Could hear the cars on the motorway at night. Parking was difficult.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We made a reservation on 19.3. when I messaged the host that we are arriving with 2 small dogs and I got an answer No problemo. A day before our arrival when our card was already charged and I couldn't cancel the booking the host sent us a message PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. I contacted customer service regarding that problem and in the end the host let us stay there and told us that we needed to give him 50 euros of deposit for the dogs (in the end he didn't ask for it since we were leaving early in the morning). He speaks only Spanish and all the messages were in Spanish and there were lots of repetitive messages with rules. Since this is not a hostel it is a house that rents rooms it was stupid that we needed to take off the linens and leave them in the laundry. The bathroom is in front of the room and if you need to use it you need to go out of the room to the common space to enter the bathroom. We were alone there but the kitchen was right next to our room - probably it's a problem with privacy when there are more guests. Also one more thing - the house is full of cameras so for me it is a little bit too much that every step you take there is recorded. For me it wasn't a problem that the room with the ocean view is actually room with the view on the white building with a piece of ocean in the background. We stayed 1 night and didn't need ocean view for that but for someone that wants it you can see on the photo how it looks like. At the end our stay was little bit bitter because of all the problems with the dogs and owner that didn't want to have us but when we arrived there he was polite. Anyway, this accommodation should not be advertised as pet-friendly if they do not want to accept dogs.

The kitchen was big with all essentials (salt, spices, oil, cleaning liquid), there was even drinking fountain. The room was spacious and bathroom had all essentials, even washing machine. The terrace was big and had nice views but it was too windy to enjoy it.

The TV in the room was small and too far away. Bathroom was not even outside the room but outside, so if it rains you might get wet. The house is high up so there was a lot of wind and it was very noisy at night. There was difficult communication with the owner who didn't speak English and without roaming we could not specify and predict arrival time. The keys were not privided (in the key box) and we were stuck outside the house for some time.

Very comfortable, clean, well equiped bedroom & shower room. Use of 2 kitchens & 3 fridges - all very well equiped (free breakfast fruit). Large sunny balcony. Draco gift!

On the side of a dual carriageway and above a 6-lane motorway with 2 intersections, so traffic nose was ever present. Only 1 restaurant within walking distance (restricted openings) and no shops. Parking sometimes problematic.

The owner Antonio was very friendly, helpful and just nice to have a chat with about the island! The accomation was exactly what i expected: simple but the price-quality was in perfect balance. Perfect for short stays. Would recommend!

The owners and the son I think I met in the morning were lovely. Google translate helps with the language barrier with my limited Spanish. It was dark when we arrived to comment on the location and surroundings, however it's was superb value, ran by lovely people
