No lift. We were on the first floor so it didn't matter, but you would have to be pretty fit if you were on the third floor! I had requested no smoking floor/room, but it wasn't! There were ashtrays in the room!

Good location. Quite basic, but good value for money.

The central location was great for us but I suppose it does come with a certain amount of 'street' noise late at night and very early in the morning. This didn't bother us because we loved the rest of it and we sleep well.

What a great place to stay. We loved it. Basic but lovely traditional place to stay which is reflected in the great price. Staff are lovely. Great cafe attached to the hotel which is very reasonably priced. Also has a lovely area to sit in front of the hotel and people watch while you have a glass of wine. Will definitely stay here when we visit my cousin next time.

The hotel is a beautiful old building with an amazing staircase. It is set in the centre of Villaviciosa and we had a gorgeous room with a balcony overlooking the ancient street.

I am sensitive to cigarette smoke and the room was near other people who smoked. Also it was noisy at night, but I think that is the nature with Spain (I needed to get up early)
