Rooms are a bit small, considering you are paying 200 euro / night. Breakfast pastries could be better.

The hotel is in mibt condition, location is really good close to plaza Catalunya and the staff is friendly at all times

Struggling to think of any issues! Perhaps the size of the lift (only accommodated max four persons, so sometimes you had to wait a while ..oh, and the water pressure and heat in the shower were great but sometimes both just dipped out for a bit

Great location, we walked easily to Sagrada Familia, the Latin quarter, Casa Mila and Batlló, Picasso Museum, City Park. Park Guell also ould walk About 40 mins but maybe take a taxi if you don't like a work out! Hotel was clean comfortable and fresh, professional helpful staff. Great breakfast with vegan vegetarian non dairy and gluten free alternatives

Reception people doing a fair job when asked for guidance. Some are good, some people don’t bother to tell customers in details with patients, try to do the minimum.Their attitude towards customers could be better.

Big clean rooms and staff was very helpful. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Palaza Catalunya and tourist areas. Will stay here again when in Barcelona.

The room wasn’t ready by the time we got to the hotel. We had to wait 1 hour in the reception lobby as it wasn’t clean yet. Heads up for the staff as they offered as a complimentary glass of cava while we were waiting seated in the lobby. The shower was not very regulated for hot/cold water, so you had to be careful when switching it on/off as you could burn or freeze yourself. The TV had Chromecast in it, but it wasn’t working properly. Everything else in the room was really good.

The room was big and comfortable, as well as the bed mattress. The room had very good basics like a nice hairdryer and ironing board. The location was great as you were literally 5min walking from Passeig de Gràcia, where you can take a train or Metro to anywhere in Barcelona. Supermarkets and good restaurants are literally a few steps from the hotel. The Staff was really professional and caring.

Lobby area was not very welcoming, I think it is a shared space with other businesses?

Clean and comfortable. A safe in room, also small fridge. Window opens onto courtyard for fresh air. Well appointed building with elevator. The rooftop area is very nice. Close to Metro stops. Lovely Eixample neighbourhood.

Unfortunately the pool was drained while I was there. I was a bit disappointed by this as I was there for the Half Marathon and would have loved a swim afterwards! But it was out of season, so can't complain too much!
