We were offered an ‘upgrade’ for 20€ a night for a mini fridge, kettle and a more spacious room. We declined and actually had a spacious room and mini fridge in there anyway! So had we accepted we would have been charged 20€ for a kettle per night.. which I think should be included anyway

Convenient location, metro short walk away. Close to a shop if required and bus stops. Nice 10 min walk to Park Guell. Hôtel was pleasant and comfortable, clean and staff friendly.

An additional blanket would have made me more comfortable. The bathroom was the big problem, with a narrow doorway and no space for toiletries. I did not shower, but my husband did and said the tub was very slippery.

The rooms were very clean and the meal was excellent. Front desk was courteous and helpful.

We had an adjoining room and were able to hear every movement and conversation through the door. The room was quite noisy which made it difficult to sleep at times. Also would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Loved the rooftop area with the pool. Views were great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location was good for us. Quiet area.

A lot of thinks was not working. We've been informed on check in that all information about the breakfast we will see on the channel 01 on TV, we switched it on and seen phrase "Scan this QR code" unfortunately there was no any code. The door of the room 219 was difficult to close with no huge bang. Internet was working poorly. Bar in the lobby is open till 22:30 only, but ladies there are wonderful. Card from the room you have to revalidate every day because they don't work after 1 day (we didn't keep them with the phones or other magnetic things). Water

The room is very small, especially the double bed, we both barely slept. Also the room had no light from the outside due to the buildings across the street. At 12 o'clock in the hall it is like at 8 o'clock. And the pillow was terrible, like paper...Who want comfortable room should avoid standard room.

Location was good metro and bus station near, park guel on 15minutes,, breakfast was amazing I recommend! Also we had a cleaning service every day. Room was very clean.

We had a lovely room with a terrace that overlooked the city and was within 30 minutes walk of Park Guell and Casa Vicens Gaudí. The Gastrobar food was very tasty, and there was also a buffet breakfast with a variety of choices available in the morning. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and were able to communicate with us in English. We would definitely go back!

Building work was ongoing, sometimes this could be noisy and there was a slight damp smell. Bed was very hard, which is great for some people but I struggled to sleep.

The room itself was tiny. The heating was still cold. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but that should get better with time.

Quite a nice hotel near the subway. A vegan option was included in the breakfast, but the press for fresh oranges was the best. The room included a bathtub and access to the terrace.
