The fact the building is split in two meant our group was split up even though we’d asked to be situated near each other but none of us were together. Also I had requested numerous times for a twin room and on arriving was told if I waited a little longer I would get a twin room and next to my aunts room but for neither

Where we were staying for 1 night there was only enough tea facilities for 1 cuppa each. Had to phone room service for extra tea facilities but very very small complaint.

That we were unable to have access to the spa facilities as part of the price we paid, even if this had been access for an hour within our stay. Access to the pool and sauna were extras we had to pay for and I feel that one session should be pre-bookable and included in the price. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, however one manager was rude in their manner when dealing with our group - we weren't given the same level as respect as other guests. She had clearly made a judgment about us as a group and spoke to us with a condescending tone.

It had good facilities and was very clean. The food was good and refreshments were reasonably priced. The rooms were a generous size and most of the staff were friendly. The location was great, and the roof-top terrace and pool side areas were a delight.

Difficult to say, perhaps prompt take-back of the trays in front of the doors in the corridor (put by other guests in the evening and still there the following morning).

Spa was not great, old and tired. Room service was not great, but ok.

To use the spa pool cost 17 Euros for 1 hour. The spa pool is shown in the bookings.com advertisement, but no mention of the cost. This is misleading and we probably would have chosen a different hotel if we'd known about this limitation. Also, the shower didn't work well. The water was burning hot one second then freezing cold the next. The breakfast buffet was good, but they didn't have any kind of potato.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was wonderful.

Parking is offsite. Valet service would’ve been nice but it was really pretty easy to walk to/from the parking garage.

Loved this hotel. Great staff. Rooms were huge and super comfortable. Smart tv - we could stream our own shows. Easy walk to Gothic Quarter and all the little shops.

Comfortable beds with extra pillows. Good sound proofing in quiet rooms not facing the street. Nice bathroom & shower. Good lighting for reading. Blackout curtains for sleeping. Friendly helpful staff who speak good English. Rooms were attractive and clean. In-room safe provided to lock valuables.

Experience was a 9/10 overall no real complaints

Location is a big plus. Rooms are clean and good sized, bathroom is good. Amazing staff. Restaurant could be a lot better but its passable.
