Very clean hotel, good location and friendly & helpfull staff

The only small challenge was that the AC wasn’t on throughout the hotel, and our room got quite hot with the window closed, but too loud with it open.

Excellent staff, location and cleanliness. And a great overall value!

Our only negative was the walls were a little thin - we could hear people passing and talking in the hallways, so we were worried people could also hear us when we were talking in our room.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and exactly what we needed for a city break. The hotel was also located very close to a couple bus stops and a metro station. Also it’s right next to an amazing coffee shop with gluten free treats 😋

Underground parking expensive ! Hotel seemed to be in a residential area so it is possible that on-street parking might have been a possibility but no way to check prior to actually arriving. Room rate - Didn't do a comparison but location was and had nothing special and in hindsight I thought the rate was high, especially by the time parking and breakfast was added in.

Nice warm room, a bit small but adequate. Nice bathroom and shower. Friendly reception. Underground parking. Metro about 10minutes walk away. Safe surroundings/area (it seemed anyway!)

The rooms are too small (Yes, I read that it was 16 m2, still to small). And the beds were not very convininet.

The hotel was very clean, the staff members were very nice - very polite and attentive, explained everything in details. The breakfast was nice. Also, location is very good - there is several tram stops and metro near the hotel

It was too warm in the room , but due to centralised heating system , the room couldn’t be made cooler, but the hotel staff was smart and resourceful and gave us a fan which helped, made the stay better

It can be hard to live in the hotel if you are totally relying on you wheelchair since there are a few narrow passages and also doors. The rooms are nice but there is quite a lot of sounds from the corridor, rooms and also outside getting through the thin walls.

Fantastic staff in the reception. Very helpful, friendly and service minded 👍 Especially Hernan who helped me with my wheelchair and luggage ♿ Nice rooms and good beds.

Room was warm temperature with No air condition in November. Need better pillows

The door to the bathroom is a swinging one and did not stay closed on its own. We kept it closed by putting part of a towel into the space between the edge of the door and the wall. With the window open at night, it was quite loud, however the air conditioning was already turned off for the season so closing the window made the room stuffy and hot.

The breakfast! It had a large selection of choices, and the freshly pressed orange juice was delicious. It also had lactose-free and plant-based milk and numerous vegetarian and vegan options. The personnel was very friendly and efficient.

Gym smelled like people were smoking in it.

So this review is for Catalonia Park Putxet. Mikado had a problem with the room when we arrived and where able to get us an upgraded room at Park Putxet, near to our conference location.

The staff was out despite communicating the time slot I'd be checking in for, I had to wait in front of the closed doors at midnight, I didn't like that. Also, the noise from the corridor travels a bit too well.

The room was next to the pool area and people where smoking in front of the room. Don’t mind smoking but the smell in the room is not nice.

I could hear noise from other rooms that interrupted my sleep one of the nights.

The staff were excellent, very nice and professional. They helped me with everything i needed. The breakfast and facilities were superb, and I love the location. Beds were so comfortable, shower easy to use, and the complimentary water in the room was a very nice touch. The fridge was handy as well. Free wifi too.
