Tea kettle had lime scale build up as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom is really old and run down. Shower was a bit dirty with some hairs. It’s good value for money if you don’t care about bathroom facilities. Hotel is on a hill so you need to climb many steps to get up there. Take a taxi if you have luggage.

The room was very spacious and well lit. We had a nice view and balcony with a small seating area. It fits three people very comfortably. We didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen is well equipped, albeit a little on the old side. Pool area was nice. Street parking IS available, you just need to notify reception so that they can register your license plate in case police do random checks as parking is for residents in the area only. Once you come down the steps, you’re on a main street and close to the marina.

No place is perfect but I can't think of anything I didn't liked.

Best part of my stay there was the rooftop bar, absolutely gorgeous view, enjoyed sunset there. Loved it.

I don't think anything could have been better.

Perfect location near Ibiza Town and with local restaurants and bars a short walk away near the local beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful and would book taxis for us.

Shower pressure wasn’t great.

I wish they'd have given us towels to use at the beach. We forgot to bring some but we also didn't really have space for them in our hand luggage. I have gotten towels at bed and breakfasts on other travels so I was surprised that they wouldn't accommodate this. It surprised me that the size was smaller compared to a standard room - our friends stayed in the same hotel with a side view of the sea and their room was much bigger (although to be fair ours was sufficient, a bit cosy but not too small).

The view from our room and the sun deck was just amazing! We loved it. Also the Nespresso machine in our room was great, especially since I didn't like the coffee at breakfast. Also the buffet for breakfast was really nice, amazing options. We didn't use the pool area, unfortunately, we only went there briefly but it also looked quite nice and had a good view. Location was superb and close to the old town.

Great location, comfortable rooms with good space. Facilities are great. All in all very nice stay. I wouldn't worry too much about the comments about the stairs to/from the boulevard / town. it's good exercise and definitely not too much 😊

The property was amazing, loads of space, big pool area and could always get a bed in the day. Very reasonable bar and food prices. Lovely staff. I requested a sea view and we got that it was perfect!

The Hotel is in a great location on the hill. The pool area is nice and we enjoyed the food we had at the bar. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were told that we can not take our own water to drink at the pool. We had rented a studio appt in the hotel. The pool was advertised as part of the property and i think it is slightly unreasonable to not be allowed to take drinks

Pool 10/10. Location fairly good walking distance to lots of places but up on hill. View from the room amazing. Comfort of beds needs to be improved mattresses are worn out. Kitchen and bathroom due for an upgrade. Hotel will store your luggage which is great.

The rooms are dated and our terrace wasn't secured from the 2 rooms on either side.

The pool area and restaurant/bar were excellent. Car parking is interesting if you have a larger car!!!

In Spain it seems that the double bed must be made up of two single beds. This isn't always pleasant :-)

Very large room with a balcony that offered an enchanting view over the entire City and Ibiza Playa. Staff always friendly and helpful. The organization of the hotel allowed you to have everything available (swimming pool, bar, restaurant, luggage storage, private free parking). The position was near to seaside and all you need to live Ibiza.

The shower pressure was not great- couldn’t even wash my hair. My only downfall.

Great facilities like the poor, restaurants, gym and a massage spa too. Rooms are big and spacious. Good location near old town (most clubs are about a 20 min drive) which was fine. Amazing view!!! Would definitely come back.
