The location of this apartment if quite good, it’s near metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything that we need: microwave, oven, glasses, dishes, pans, cooking pots. It is big and quite clean. We are very happy to stay here. Very recommended for big families

Everything was perfect but somethings can be improved. The TV is old technology. Can be upgraded to smart tv. Toilet papers were of poor quality, so it ran out quickly. Two of the bedrooms have not any windows which I learned that is a common thing in Barcelona. Required a deposit at the check-in but they refund it without any problem if you follow the rules.

Everything was perfect. The sheets were all white and very clean, beds were very comfortable. The apartment is located in a decent neighbourhood close to the metro station and bus stops. There are markets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Many tourist attractions such as La Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlo and Casa Mila are within walking distance.

the walls inside the property were thin. the children’s bedroom was noisy from the stairwell and the next flat.

It got very noisy from people staying in flat above. Men shouting and making lots of noise during the night and early morning. Disrespectful to others in the apartment. I didn't see this as a reflection on accommodation so I rated it still high.

Great communication from the property. Apartment fit 6 adults perfectly, quiet location, spacious, great terrace. Was slightly apprehensive to stay due to some reviews but we had an excellent stay and received our deposit back straight away.

Only problem which would not affect the overall rating is the payment process. I opted to pay directly to Central Apt a couple days before check-in but had problems with my VISA card being processed. I don't understand since I was in Portugal at that time and I was able to use my VISA with no issues. I had to pay via Pay Pal instead.

Easy instructions via email to get in the bldg and pictures for visual to locate the keys in secured area really helped. The apt was super clean, liked the Spanish charm (i.e- tiles), updated kitchen appliances, great views from the balcony, etc.

It took ages to check in and they charged us twice. It was all resolved in the end but a bit of a pain after a long travel with kids. Otherwise, good stay.
