The cleanliness is not so satisfying. The facilities is a bit old.

The Seaview and the balcony. The size of the room and balcony is big. The air conditioner is really cooling. The breakfast is nice. The free taxi service provided is also good that I don't need to worry how to reach the hotel at night. Everything you need is provided.

Dinner. Food quality has definitely got worse. No fresh seafood. You used to have bowls of prawns or mussels. Live cooking station...sausages on two nights were the cooked meat. It used to be pork steaks, beef steaks etc. Fish from live cooking changed...mackerel or sardines. Used to be hake/merluza and other quality white fish. One night pork steaks advertised, and were there, but by the time I went up the station had run out and it was thin pork chops. By the time I left they had run out and it was sausages again. One night, a nice tapas selection of chorizo and manchego. 15 minutes later it was all gone, replaced by chunks of regular cheddar style cheese and processed ham slices. It appeared that there were insufficient supplies for a whole evening, on more than one occasion

Only thing we found lacking was that the main pool area didn't open until 10am and closed at 5pm. Which shortened the chances of enjoying the beautiful sunshine. The rooftop pool opened at 9am and closed at 8pm but is covered and limited spaces.

We loved the hotel for its location and close proximity to beach and shopping area, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast menu caterers for all tastes.

It can be quite noisy at certain times of the year, with large groups of people, maybe stag or hen groups shouting in corridors at 2 or 3am. This is difficult to control but we've only really noticed this in April and May

Breakfast is ok, I used microwave to heat a few things, but a good choice. Central location in the centre of Torremolinos which is the main reason we go to the Cervantes, also Susanna in the dining room is very friendly and always remembers us.

We have stayed in the hotel several times, but found that perhaps there wasn't the same choice of food as before. We didn't go hungry though!!

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Hotel location is good in the town centre and within walking distance of train station

The FOOD wasn't great and we're not fussy. Not enough variety. Same types of food appeared every day. Also same types of desserts every day.

We liked the shower and the pool. The whole hotel was very clean.

we were all inclusive the food in the restaurant was really good but the snack food they did next to the bar was exactly the same everyday, burgers, chips , chicken nuggets and hot dogs . There was ham and cheese and rolls but always exactly the same . No ice cream or Lollies and the fruit juice from the machine was disgusting it’s powered and has water added. only entertainment on Friday and Saturday night and was aimed at the Spanish. Kids club was not open at all and only 1 pool table which the kids were always using as there was nothing for them .

the hotel was in a fantastic location really close to the main shopping area and train station which was great for a couple of trips we done. hotel bedroom was very dated and only one plug socket and that was on the other side of the room so you couldn’t have your phone next to the bed. Bathroom very small

Layout of buffet food locations all spread out means alot of walking around to see whats available. Hot food could have bit more choice. Large queues for drinks machines at breakfast.

lack of lifts (there were 4 but the wait was long), so we chose to take stairs most of time. not enough shelving in the rooms to put things no heating in the pools, so I didn't swim and there weren't many swimmers there a bit low barriers on the balconies, so we were a bit concerned for kids and had to always be near them when they were there.

Had to use earplugs to get some sleep; could hear people talking in the next rooms at night, and one night a drunken man shouting in the corridor, was a bit frightening. The balcony's glass door needs to be renewed, it had to be dragged to get shut, the sounds from the street carried through.

Hotel's location is great; train station, shops, restaurants all is near. Hotel breakfast was good. Love that there was bath tub in the room. Rooms were clean.
