The receptionists were very nice and polite, thank You all for that! The location of the hotel is near Atocha station and not far from the city center. The room wasn't very big, but for one person it is fine, especially for a short stay. Not much day lighting in the room, as the window faces the inner space of the building.

Very strange form of the room. Toilet without the door (it has one door from the shower, which you can use. But it is not secure.

Good location, very close to Prado Museum and Gardens. 15-20 min from other main buildings. Nice to have free coffee and tea.

We slept very good as we had a quiet room. There is nice staff and we appreciated that we can leave our luggages at the reception for a few hours after check-out.

The first night here I noticed a some white stains on the bed sheet, maybe some washing powder residue. I tried to let them change but but they say it;s only possible the next day. In the remaining days the sheet are clean though.

Great location, the staffs are friendly and welcome. Fantastic location, near to the train station and public transport, various shops and restaurants cafes in walking distance. Facility is fine for the price.

The location was excellent, staff were very polite. In the reception area there were free coffee, tea and cookies for guests. On the last floor there was a beautiful terrace with a great view of the city.

They have an interior garden where people went to smoke and when we open the balcony door for refresh the room all the smoke enters to the room when we are sleeping. This is my only complaint.

Sound silly, but…toilet paper, we had a half a roll in the room every day, had to get from the reception or store…why not to add one extra roll in the bathroom 😩?

Good location if you need to take a train, 10-15 min comfortable walk. Also, easy to walk to many attractions and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Our favourites: “Nomad Cafe” and “Carmencita-Lavapiés”, great find, wonderful brunch in both restaurants. Hotel was located perfectly for our intentions; Ali at the reception was absolutely outstanding, such a great customer service, she made us feel super welcome and was very helpful and professional. We loved the high ceilings in the room, and a small balcony, room was quite spacious. Bonus to be able to get a good coffee in the lobby. In another hotel in Girona we had to pay to get a coffee from the lobby area and it was not as good as one at this hotel. Tea and water were also available, thank you URBANSEA for this free bonus, we really appreciate it.
