Great location and value for money. Best breakfast ever

Great location in the village of Benasque with the feel of a family hotel. The room was good with a little balcony to the street, had great climate control, a nice firm bed and a modern bathroom. Everything you can wish for. But wait for the breakfast because that is spectacular. Not only because of the music that is played, but especially because of the wide spread of delicacies that you can choose from. And last but not least, it was a great value for money deal. Would recommend this to everyone.

Our sons found the single beds (in the family room) small and not so comfortable. It was a very windy night and the velux windows were quite drafty, so it affected the quality of their sleep. The breakfast was copious if you have a sweet tooth, but we don't, so we would have appreciated more savoury options.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. We had to change our dates twice before arrival without any problem and then we were allowed a late check-out which was so appreciated (our son was sick and had to stay in bed while we skied). The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and our double bed was comfortable. The free carpark behind the hotel was much appreciated too.

Nothing to dislike, we were sad to leave

Lovely hotel in the centre of Benasque. Second time here, last time was in the summer. In February it’s even better, snow, comfortable hotel, wood fire, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Close, 10 minutes drive to Cerler Ski resort. Old building with typical Spanish decor. Love it.

Other than breakfast I didn’t eat at the property as there are other great restaurants in town for those who want haute cuisine.

They were very flexible when I had to change my non-refundable booking at the last moment. I got lots of help from reception: washing clothes, details of a local physiotherapist; recommendation for restaurants; help with local bus services to high mountains; recommendations about shops; a great breakfast; checkout at noon and storage for my bags after checkout. Very nice people!

Nervous staff. Inconvenient restaurant hours. 8am breakfast is too late if you want to go hiking early. Lunch finishes at 3:30pm which is ideal to miss it when you come back from hiking mid afternoon. We arrived at 3:15 and the server did not want to have anything to do with us. Then dinner starts at 8:30pm which is way too late to go to bed early after a tiring day and/or you suffer from acid reflux. Breakfast is bad and will not please most North Americans used to a hot breakfast. Except for a mushy lukewarm unfrozen potato tart, It’s all cold stuff. I do not understand the purpose of providing 25 different kinds of sugared cakes, tarts and cookies with cold meat for breakfast but no eggs or hot cereals. People have to wait in line for a single coffee machine that requires 2 minutes and 4 brewing in order to get a decent cup of coffee. I managed to make myself some toasts with white bread. Street with terrasses is noisy in front of the restaurant.

I expected fresh towels and bekers everyday considering the price. More hygienic, as well.

Excellent breakfast. Dinner was excellent as well. Portions were too large though. Restaurant staff very patient! An English and/or French written menu would be a definitive plus point. QR scan did not work.

The staffs are super nice and patient. They tried their best to meet our requirements: Moving us to a better room once it is available, preparing a full breakfast (not just a picnic) at 5am on our leaving day.... The room is clear and beautiful. Also, we really like the breakfast. We had a very good time during our 5-day stay in the hotel, and will choose this hotel for our next trip in Benasque.

Hotel has no charm, it is run down and staff especially the reception staff refused to smile or be civil with guests. Breakfast was the worst of our holiday and was mainly old cakes

It is very centrally located. We stayed on Saturday night. It was very loud outside the hotel well into the evening. We could not get into the hotel car park. Only 1 space left when we arrived, and someone else had parked badly overlapping the only available space. Used town car park instead, which was fine.
