Didn't receive the lock-box code until about 5 minutes after the official check in time which made us feel a little unwelcome. The kitchen only has the bare basics for cooking. It says it sleeps 6, but one of the beds is a fold-down couch in the lounge, so that's not super convenient for the group as a whole. Quite a lot of mosquitos around the pool area as it's in an enclosed courtyard, not rooftop, so we couldn't really use that area to relax. The most inconvenient thing was that there is no bag drop in the building, you have to go to a building in the CBD with your luggage if you want to store it for the day.

Good that we could find a 2-bathroom apartment for a family group. Rooms were a good size and it's close to a nice food market and tube-stop.

Pool is very close to residents. We helped a blind boy swim and was making some noise. We had residents shouting at us at 8.20pm.

The apartment was amazing, staff were lovely when we left bags on our first day. Gave us lots of tips. Perfect location for city and beach.

There was an issue with hot water when we first arrived, but it got fixed very quickly. There's a dedicated maintenance team it seems. One night the boys in the next flat were smoking on their balcony and we couldn't dry our clothes out there due to the strong smell. But it was only once and all the young adult groups who came and went from the building obeyed the noise rules and were good neighbours.

The flat was great - good sized and really well stocked kitchenette, big fridge freezer, plenty of space for eating,, and good storage space in the bedrooms. The washing machine downstairs meant we could keep our swim wear and other clothes clean between beach trips, and the drying rack meant things would dry on the balcony in the sun (there's a tumble dryer too if needed.) The kids loved the small pool on the back patio and I also saw another group enjoying an evening meal on the tables down there which looked like it worked well. The position is fantastic. The Gracia rail station is directly underneath, The L3 metro line runs from a stop 5 minutes walk away and there are buses to the city centre, Mt Tibido Barceloneta beach that right from right outside. Although I was nervous about staying on a 'main road' (and there is traffic noise out the front during the working week) it's actually nothing like a main road in London and the plaza was a lovely social space in the evenings - bring ping-pong kit to enjoy games when the shade comes! The flat is also right between the slightly sterile middle class Eixample on one-sided and the gorgeous Boho Gracia District on the other. We enjoyed evening and early morning walks through Gracia and found great places to eat. There's lots of residents around so its not just tourist trap stuff. Finally the team were really helpful with liaising ahead of our arrival, booking tourist bus passes, giving advice on where to go etc. Brilliant customer service.

It was quite cramped when using the sofa bed in the main kitchen-dining-living area. It would have been nice to find a basic kit with salt, pepper and veg oil too. The pool is small but good to cool off.

Location was nice. The apartment is right next to a station that connects to Metro and train and Bus stops for night buses. And bakeries, groceries and a market. The kitchen had all needed utensils and a good large fridge-freezer. Great power showers.

The apartment was not clean enough There was not enough toilet paper for 6 people. The sleeping sofa was not comfortable. Coffee mugs were missing. No towels for the kitchen or the bathroom floor. Trash bags were missing as well cleaning materials. We felt that it was hard to maintain the apartment clean and tidy while you were not supply the equipment to do so or the cleaning services.

The location was amazing. The metro was just outside the apartment. The area was quite and just close by nice shopping street with local stores. And only few minutes walking from the bars and clubs area, which was very comfortable. The apartment itself was new. The facilities was great. And the staff at the office was super welcoming.

We were told that we would get one change of towels during the stay which we didn't, but that was a minor thing and perhaps a misunderstanding. The safe didn't work which was worrying for us, we were told someone would be notified but no one came to fix it. The couch could be more comfortable and we noticed a dirty towel on the top shelf of the closet, but neither of these things are important at all.

Amazing location, so close to the metro station and close to all service we needed. Lots of grocery stores, clothing stores, speciality shops and restaurants in very short walking distance. The apartment was cozy and roomy, the balcony was a great addition. Great service from EnjoyBCN, they booked us fares to and from the apartment and reserved tables at restaurants.

There was a very VERY bad smell from one of the toilets. So bad that we had to keep the door closed at all times. Housekeeping tried to fix the problem by putting some product in the toilet but it didn't help. Also, I asked for a late checkout ( a few hours) as I was staying with little kids, staff agreed to let me for a full extra nights fee (300 euro) because they needed to pay housekeeping. But then I was asked to take out the garbage myself and clean kitchen.

The location was perfect. Right on the metro station. The room was very spacious, great rooftop.

Sofa in the livingroom was super creapy, dirty and uncomfortable. Onlyest place where you can hang your long garments were occupide by mop. Our apartment was on a lower flor, so when we decided to use balcony - we needed to wash it every time because it was always full of neibours cigarette ash. If you plan to use dishwasher, then you need to bring yours dishwasher tabs with you, as there is only one pc provided by the owner (no matter for how log you will stay). If you plan to use washing machine - there is only one (second was broken) for all the apartments, like in dormatory, and it was busy almostly everytime. This washingroom was located exactley under our bedroom, so we heared everything what happened in washig mashine and dryer.

Beds were pretty comfortable. It was good to have pool on a backyard. Wifi and air conditioner worked. Good kids playground was pretty close to this property.

The apartment has manufacturing defects. The door, its frame and the complaints of the bathroom are defective due to multiple water damage. A blind in one room is out of order.

Really good location. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Subway exit at 1 minute, and the subway elevator just in front of the building. Being on crutches, it was more than pleasant. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary equipment.

The AC didn't work and since it still was hot during the days in October it got warm and humid inside, also at night. Difficult to dry clothes and towels, no drying rack inside but we bought a clothes line for the balcony. A bit too little storage space for clothes for the four of us.

The apartment and the location were superb for us, a family of four. The pool was a good bonus for the kids, that is rare in BCN. The staff was very helpful and friendly helping us to get the codes for the keyes at arrival, and easy to contact on Whatsapp. Perfectly situated apartment with everything Gracia had to offer with cozy streets, bakery around the corner, hardly any tourists and a lot of small shops and restarants everywhere. And very good communications with 30 meters to the local trains and buses, 5 min walk to the metro.

Really nice apartment. My son loved the pool! And the pool never got too busy - we often had it to ourselves. The location was great - 5 min walk from the Metro (and the Metro system is so good. We never waited more than 5 mins for a train). We dropped our bags at the main office on our arrival day as we were early and the staff were all fab. Communication was great all the way through.

While it's nice that they offer their offices to leave luggage for before check in/ lafter check out, to get to the office you need to take the metro and about 600m walk with lugggage. Magnetic key given did not work, had to wait 30+ minutes to get someone to open the door for us. Washing machine not in apartment but it's shared in bottom floor.

Comfortable apartment. Right next to metro station. Small swimming pool but nice for kids. Staff at the office extremely helpful and friendly (thank you Marcos :)).

The charger in the parking garage to charge my electric vehicle was not available due to maintenance, only the landlord was not aware thereof. That was a bit of an unpleasant surprise, because I also chose this venue for the availability of a charger. Landlord apologised and as a friendly gesture the parking fee would be reimbursed.

Venue was great. Small 'Melrose place'. Apartment clean, comfortable and well equipped.
