In the middle of the night, our air con broke and was pumping out 28° heat. My husband spent an hour trying to turn it off but it kept coming back on. We spoke to reception at 3am who did offer us a different room for the night but we managed to keep it off and a window open. When we spoke to reception the next morning they said they couldnt get anyone to fix it because of the weekend and there were no other rooms available. They said we would just have to keep the window open. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated just off a busy square so was quite loud most of the Friday and Saturday night. We were not offered a fan or anything to compensate.

Room was clean, bed was large and shower was hot. We didnt eat in the hotel so cant review.

The restaurant food was average, even the recommended dishes. We tried the cod which turned out to be a tiny piece of cod with grated cheese sitting on a cold sweet tablespoon of tomato sauce. That was a main course. I would suggest to take the menu of the day as items off the regular menu seemed premade and microwaved. There were several customers and when we were able to see what they ordered it didn’t look that good. Also some of the dishes were strange such as spaghetti vongole with artichoke (why add artichoke?)and green salad with zucchini (a strange addition to green salad). The actual restaurant looked very nice and inviting.

The location was great! It was nice to see lots happening in the hotel, there was a fitness facility, restaurant, and a bar for drinks and a casual breakfast with delicious coffee and croissants. There were directions for recycling items from traveling and packaging from shopping. The staff behind the front desk and at the bar were exceptional.

Our first rooms bed was not great. We asked to be changed after our first night. The next bed was wonderful with great pillows. The breakfast offered is way overpriced for what you get.

Fabulous location in Girona. The rooms were large with a great bathroom and had a small fridge and safe. There was also a kettle for coffee or tea in the room. Staff was wonderful and helpful with information and taxi arrangements. They even had umbrellas for those of us who forgot ours.

We stayed in family room 111, and this room was right next to the elevator, so we couldn't sleep because of the sound of luggage being pulled and other noises all night long.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but the best part was that the location was perfect. It was fantastic as it was close to the train station and centrally located.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city with very welcoming staff and a nice bright breakfast room. The rooms are very comfortable while a little updating might help, they are excellent value also for the location.

The staff were very sweet.. however, they could have listened to me when I told them I had paid for 2 breakfasts..

I was very disappointed with thd breakfast.: we were told the times were between 7.30 and 9.30.. we came to breakfast at 8.45.. having paid for 2 hot breakfasts.. and all there was .. was 2 crousants.. orange juice and toast.. the staff said they would not ask for More from the kitchen.. very expensive croissants and coffee..
