United Kingdomwhen our luggage was accidentally taken by other guests leaving the shuttle bus at terminal 2, the hotel staff were very unhelpful in our efforts to have our suitcase returned to us at Terminal 1. It was only by our own personal efforts that we were fortunately able to retrieve our bag in time for our flight departing.

The breakfast was luxurious! There was such a variety. For example, not only was bacon in the chafing dish, but several kinds of ham, jamón, and sausage were also available. The same was true for the yogurt toppings: granola, a nut and dried tropical fruit mix, honey, preserves. .. Of course, we don’t want to forget the hot beverage machine where you can digitally select such things as cocoa, espresso, and cappuccino. There were beautiful design elements at the breakfast bar such as hanging fresh tomatoes. The room itself was light and airy and clean. Enough about breakfast! You don’t want to miss dinner in their dining room, either. The chef is very talented with regard to preparation and presentation. My husband enjoyed his chicken and I thought the combination of ingredients in my braised spinach and asparagus was brilliant in that the dish included both sweet (raisins) and savory (jamón) elements topped with toasted pine nuts. By the way, we both ordered dessert. At every turn, the hotel accommodations and staff were top-notch.

AustraliaBeing close to the airport you certainly dont expect a perfect little hotel like the Salles Ciutat del Prat From the lovely greeting from the staff at check in, to the comfy beds it was an all round pleasure. Its a pity our jetlag overcome us after 27 hours of flying because we missed eating in the restaurant, but the room service was wonderful. Breakfast was a fantastic spread. The bar was really good too. Modern, comfy its a highly recommended hotel.

United States of AmericaWe waited over 50 minutes for the airport shuttle pickup. The pickup spot outside Terminal 2C has no seats and is weather exposed. If we had known how long it would take, we would have stayed inside. A timetable or instructions to report you are waiting might help. We were charged 14 euros each for gin and tonics in the bar. That's very expensive for BCN. Cocktails were cheaper! We were disappointed the rooftop sunset bar was closed. Maybe it only opens in better weather in summer.
Spacious, comfortable and spotless rooms. Very nice restaurant. Friendly staff. The airport drop off early in the morning was efficient.

SerbiaThe primary reason why I booked the hotel was the vicinity to the airport and the shuttle that starts at 04:30. I wrote to the hotel beforehand, asking if I can book the shuttle already. The response was that the booking can be done during the check-in only. When I had arrived at the hotel, the guests in front of me at the reception were having issues finding a seat in the desired shuttle bus as it was full. I was lucky enough that there was one remaining seat at the earliest one. I had noticed that the reception was making efforts to organize additional transportation for the other guests - it would have been frustrating not to be able to use the shuttle as it's one of the main benefits of the hotel.
I booked the hotel because I had an early flight the next day - it did its job perfectly. The room was spacious and very clean. I was in a hurry to finish dinner as I arrived later than I had expected; I appreciated that the staff accommodated me and were swift. The coffee and pastries waiting for us at the reception at 04:30 before the shuttle to the airport was a really nice touch.

Great hotel for a stay near the airport. Hotel to airport shuttle service was superb. Great facilities with gym, pool and sauna access. Hot and cold drinks plus pastries available for guests leaving before breakfast time. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
