Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment was only cleaned once in the 9 days we were there. Mosquitos was prevalent and the plugs should really have already been in the room (we had to buy some). The location a bit far from the main towns and there were not any good restaurants open at that time of the year nearby. Best to travel to San Carlos of lunch/dinner
Pool was still open as the weather was good (we travelled beginning of October). The apartment was spacious and the terrace was a good size. The left washing machine power in the apartment handy as we were travelling with a toddler.

Everything was like we wanted. Very clean God prices at restaurant-Cafe with quality close to the beats and the pool clean and nice so and the gym and the tennis courts Perfect balance price with quality .

some hairs on the floors, inside and out, when we arrived. this could be improved.
Lovely place to stay. mostly self catering. so you can make your own tea / coffee and enjoy the bar and restaurant on site if you wish. spacious and with a small terrace to sit on.

A bit far away from Ibiza city and the only transportation means to Ibiza city is via a private car or a taxi.
Nice staff, clean and good swimming pool, clean and good apartment as well as access to sport activities like tennis

There was no animation nor activities. There is no option in the area for breakfast apart from the club itself and a supermarket nearby. The beach at Cala Llenya is not accessible for buggies or people with mobility issues and it's 10 minutes walk although it's totally worth it. The free Wifi is just for one connection.
Calm apartments and complex. Spacious 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms and spacious terrace. The ping pong table and the tennis courts although it was too warm for tennis so we didn't play. Great views to the coast from the complex.

Bathroom door lock was broken, the shower curtain seemed unhygienic and stained. There were a few dirty or broken things. Plug didn't fit the bath.
The suite was a good size and setup for families. Nice to have a terrace and living area. The staff were great. Particularly Javier who was great with all the kids. Never met someone so friendly and hardworking.

At check-in our room was not allocated, we had to wait around 30 mins - 1h to be able to check-in. It was already late at night. Also, recommendation would be to diversify the breakfast offer (gluten-free, vegetarian options, etc.).
The staff is 5*, the facilities, the location.

Very basic apartments, not comfortable beds, a/c only in the main room, but in the bedrooms you have a ventilator. Not useful wifi because of very weak signal. Cleaning only 2 times per week, no clear instructions, where to dispose garbage. No dedicated parking - only street parking, what was subject of availability.
The location is perfect, far away from the civilisation, perfect view to the sea. Apartments in the hotel complex - good for families. More or less equipped kitchen, wash machine. Very friendly manager, who waited for me till very late in the night.

the apartments were a little dark and sparsely furnished - the air conditioning didn’t work, there were not enough pillows, the Wi-Fi didn’t work initially and the room was only cleaned once - which is poor over the course of a week. the hotel is meant to be family friendly but no inflatables were allowed! this really disappointed my kids.
Absolutely loved the location and the pool area was nice. most of the staff were friendly enough with the odd exception

the pictures on booking show a modern appartement with clean white kitchen and bathroom. In reality we had an apartment with a old brown kitchen and very old bathroom. I don’t like it when the pictures show something completely different than what you get!!!!
I loved the view and the appartement was very spacious.
