There was a musty smell and there was mold in the corners of the rooms and in the bathroom. Their sofa bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. There was a dishwasher, but to no avail, because they only gave us a tablet of detergent, even though we paid for 4 nights to stay. There wasn't shampoo and shower gel. After checking in, the host didn't respond to my messages.

The apartment was nice with all facilities.

The apartment was light, well furnished, and comfortable, with two separate balconies. It is well equipped, and the communial laundry works well.

A small niggle but I think the cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Sheets and towels all good but the corners of the rooms and dusting could do with more attention.

The apartment was really spacious and exceeded my expectations. One en-suite and a second bathroom was great for a family. The kitchen was well equipped with both oven and microwave all modern fittings. Excellent sized fridge and all appliances you need. The pool area was perfect. Great size for a small apartment complex with lots of Sun loungers and some grass.

Could do with more cooking utensils for example there was only one cooking pot. Would be good to leave toilet cleaner in the bathroom.

This visit felt different. We had booked a sea view as we have before but this was a side sea view so we didn’t really get the sun and therefore was a waste of the extra money. The apartments are starting to look tired and things that are broken don’t seem to be fixed . The hand held shower didn’t work, the lamp over dining table had pieces missing, and the couch was so uncomfortable because of the lack of padding all you could feel were the bars. The property used to have a laundry which had been removed and we had no washing machine, however the machines returned towards the end of our stay. Hopefully these will stay as there is only a towel change once per week. This is still a great property but I think we will have a change next time and try somewhere different.

We have stayed here a few times now and our previous stays were very good. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The property is near to La Colina train station which services the coastline and local towns.

Getting into our apartment keys was a bit challenging. Check - in's are very late at 15:00 When we first opened, our apartment smelled nasty, which I assume was the previous visitors' poor handling of the apartment or not being ventilated enough.

Playa Fores is our annual holiday destination, so we know what to expect when visiting Torremolinos. This was our third time staying in the apartment, and I am sure we will keep returning. Pros: It's very close to the train station La Colina. The apart is quiet, and you rarely interact with anyone. The kitchen is well equipped, even upgraded with new crockery and plates compared to the last season. Very light and very spacious. :) Which is why we keep returning. We didn't use the pool, but there is a lovely one, usually almost always no one. Personal review :) I finished my book too soon, and when I checked in the drawer, there were few Spanish and few English books, which made me very happy., and made me feel like I needed to leave my book for the next visitors :)

Overall we have no complaints. We had a couple of very minor issues but these were resolved quickly and efficiently by Joanne.

Nice apartments in a good location, not too far from the beach, we had three between us, all of which were lovely. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away as well as lidl and aldi about 20 minutes walk. Also close to the train station which gives access through from Fuengirola to Málaga including the airport. There were no staff on site but all queries were answered quickly by Joanne via messenger.

The property is in a good location, staff was very friendly and helpful. Outside is a nice pool and garden. There are lots of car parking spaces on the back side of the building.

A bit far from the beach. No air con in the living room. The swimming pool is a bit run down, but good overall.

The pool was very poor. Not very well maintained, no atmosphere, empty and difficult to access (down many stairs and dark corridors) Do not book these apartments if your kids are easily bored. The pool completely shades quite early and the sun dissapears long before it does elsewhere. We ended up moving hotel for the last few nights to find some company and spend longer at the pool. There was never more than 4 guests at the pool at any time. Also it states there is a pool bar and restaurant with signs directing you to them. There is NOT! It is a derelect building which has a wasted patio and looks very run down. Shame it was so dissapointing as the apartments were stunning.

The apartment was beautiful, well decorated, modern and spotlessly clean.

Spacious, nice clean pool. No towel change but more than enough towels provided for the week. Clean. Near the station. 1.6 I’m from beach but a nice walk into Torremolinos centre (around 30 minutes)

Good accommodation, fully consistent with the description. There is everything you need, a wonderful garden. The children were delighted with the pool.

Cleanliness/condition of fixtures was not as good as our first visit

Having stayed here before we knew what to expect. The apartments are well equipped and comfortable and close enough to the main tourist areas for a stroll in to restaurants and bars but nice and quiet at all times. The 5 minute walk to the station with trains direct to the airport and Malaga town make car hire unnecessary.

Just a little problem with small ants in the kitchen area which we sorted with an insecticide. This is not abnormal for Spain

Well equipped and furnished, comfortable and in a very convenient position near to supermarkets and public transport and a short walk to the beach. A good selection of programmes on the TV and good view from the terraces.
