The breakfast buffet has limited options and is not worth it. The apartment comes with a kitchen but not with chopping knifes.

The location is amazing. The staff is very friendly but speaks broken English and takes a bit of time to understand each other. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The view is spectacular and the pool is a nice refreshing dip. It is open to the public so also locals come to take a dip.

No wifi in chalets (I stayed in apartment 13), and I had to leave early in morning (7.45am) but everything was locked and lights off.

Short visit, but convenient eating at restaurant on arrival (open until 8.30pm), and food was good. Not fancy rooms but comfortable, and very hot showers.

The receptionist the night we arrived was quite arrogant and pretentious. He gave a terrible first impression to the place.

The vast majority of the personnel except one person were great: the waiter during dinner, the waiter in the morning during breakfast. Very friendly, helpful and overall nice.

Well, it was interesting. Almost looked a summer camp. Would be a great place to stay if you wanted to do some hikes. Staff was friendly. Restaurant served is a good dinner but when we got up the next morning looking for breakfast there was no-one to be seen.

Must choose your route carefully as roads to property very rough and prone to food damage. It was difficult a little difficult to get correct room rate on check out as we had swapped rooms on arrival but all sorted.

Very characterful hotel accommodation in main building. Staff were excellent and accommodated our room requirements very well. Evening meal was simple, excellent home fair and very generous. Wines a little limited.

Some sound proofing between the rooms would be good. Are neighbours were by no means noisy but you could hear chairs scraping and snoring during the night.

Location is exceptional. Pool is in a good setting. Pool table and games room was a nice bonus.

This is a wonderful hotel and retreat in the most amazing place. It is hard to imagine more beautiful surroundings. Lovely staff who make you feel so welcome.

Access was difficult from the north. From the south, so much less stressful. The rooms were cold, and we couldn't get the aircon to work. The kitchen was poorly equipped, good job we weren't cooking.

The location is stunning. Small seating area outside the chalet and outside bar overlooking the view. Meal was very good, but the wine was expensive. The staff were delightful. A beautiful place to stay

Its not i didnt like it because it's in the mountains.. simply be aware the access is a not paved and requires some patience with the car

Disorganized breakfast, with tables to water and clean. Unhappy with the treatment given in the end, because he was Portuguese and assumed that he would escape from the hotel without paying, because he was Portuguese. Blocked my car because I had escaped when I could have told the stay on the day of the legada avoiding this unpleasant situation and in this xenophobia mode. Ha dishonored all the Portuguese.

Breakfast was awful. Seriously for the money of the stay such breakfast should be included, and they charge you 7.50 per person. Its painful cause coffee machine was just a dolce gusto absolutely not accounted for commercial use (people queued for hours to get coffee that went cold right away), juices of course not natural all conserved, the toaster had a damaged spiral and it started the fire on my bread which i gladly managed to kill by myself, cheese and sausage are cheapest ones from meecadona. Selection was rather poor. Its a disaster. Do yourself a favor and do not get breakfast at this place. You can have wonderful bocadillo selection in the nearest village for half the price. Also we've been tricked cause at the check in the receptionist reassured us the breakfast was paid and when giving back the keys they said we still need to pay 15 euro... of course no one knew anything and I paid in order to avoid further problems but it did ruin mood for the day. If I saw what breakfast it was I would have never paid for it.

I found everything excellent. I can just say that the wifi had some interruptions, but that was probably due to the very windy day.

During a tour of Andalusia in October, I spent a night in the Sierra de Aracena with my husband in an apartment in the Los Veneros complex. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is included in a series of apartments. The apartment is new, large, well furnished and well equipped. The bed is large and very comfortable. The rooms are bright with large windows. The structure is set in a wonderful and peaceful landscape which can also be enjoyed from an outdoor table located on the access porch. Nearby we visited a wonderful cave accessible to tourists with guided tours to be booked in advance. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I really recommend it and would definitely go back.
