Would have been nice to use the pool but it was unusable as absolutely freezing which left me with an unhappy child. Also the heating was on in our room yet it was so hot outside it made it unbearable. Did ask at reception to have it turned off, twice! Yet no joy

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and quick easy check in. Rooms were spotlessly clean and a decent size. Great location close to the old town and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Noisy! Doors not soft close. Hear people moving in room above. WiFi not good. No good information on hotel in room. Had to go to reception twice to ask about WiFi and room safe. A phone in room, but no idea what number reception was???

Big room. Good shower. Parking, private, covered, €11 per night. Location great. 5 mins from Old Town, 5 mins to English part.

The hotel doesn’t put the air conditioning on until peak season, neither is there a fan to use instead, there isn’t an iron to use not even for hire,

The downstairs bar clearly stated opening times and closing time was 00.30, we returned to the hotel at midnight and decided to have a last drink at the bar. The bartender wasn’t at the bar but came out a few minutes later eating, I asked for a drink for my wife and I, he replied it was not possible as the bar was closed, I pointed to the sign clearly on show at the bar which showed that the bar closed at 00.30 not 00.05, he still refused to serve us, there were other people sat at the bar drinking. I really couldn’t understand why he would not serve us. We are both in our 70’s and were not intoxicated. This happened on Monday 18th of March our last evening of our stay. We did have a drink in the bar the previous night, no problem. This bartender really put a downer on our stay.

The only slight drawback I encountered during my stay was the absence of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, which, while not a major inconvenience, could have added an extra level of convenience and comfort to the overall experience.

It wasn't much of a problem and I know I was in Spain so should expect it but the hotel was full of Spanish which sometimes felt like didn't make you welcome but it was expected

Air con didn't work at all and room key was sensitive and had to get reset twice.

The only downside, and it was only a small issue, was when the ITV channels stopped working on my TV. The signal did come back though after a few days so all good in the end.

The food was really tasty, lots of choices both at breakfast and evening meal. My room was warm and comfortable with mini fridge and free electronic safe. Large balcony, nice view, with sun in the afternoon. Bathroom was excellent with large walk-in shower. TV in the room had some English channels BBC, ITV, plus Sky news and Eurosport. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, check-in very quick and easy. Maids were lovely, plenty of fresh towels and bed sheets changed regularly. Restaurant staff very helpful, and always smiling. I think this is my 4th time staying at this hotel and hopefully I will return next year as it's been excellent on every visit.
