I wish we had a large bed rather then 2 single beds which kept separating as we slept.

Great location on the bay. very clean, newly renovated apartment. Pool area was pleasant. Breakfast had lots of nice choices. Would stay again with out daughter who wasn't with us this time.

There was extremely loud entertainment until 23.00 every night. Impossible to have a conversation on the balcony

Loud entertainment beneath our balcony every night untill 22.30, with music untill 23.00. We like to sit outside on the balcony at night. The loud entertainment made this next to impossible.

Appartment itself was great. We didnt make use of the all inclusive and the appartment gave us the opportunity to even cook our own meals.

Nothing major not to dislike, you could say elements of the hotel were dated, but I think they are working through a modernization Programme, and the top section is slightly detached from the main part. If they invest over time it can become a lovely retreat.

Overall the hotel had everything you need for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. The food selection was just right, not masses but just enough of the right things for everyone. The hotel and rooms were spotless and well look after, all the staff seemed to work hard.

The resort is on very and I mean very steep hill. Not good for families with prams or people with any disabilities. During meal times bar at the top pool is closed so no chance of getting a drink unless you want to and have the energy to go down to restaurant and back up the steep hill again. Snacks between meals, well pretty much limited to ice-cream, ( at the top pool just sad looking banannas and sandwiches). So if you skip meals your in trouble. No entertainment during the day which is fine as we stayed there as a family of 4 (2 adults, 13 and 16 year old). Entertainment at night, well boring really, every night same music, quiz night or bingo.

The rooms were lovely, nice, modern and clean. Good size pools (both of them) Food had limited choice but was very tasty and fresh, topped up every few minutes.

Kitchen suppliers could have been better, like two grill pans instead if one , sponges, cloth , dish detergent , a/c not powerful enough . Better noice blocking, we could hear the neighbors coming late at night , cleaning ladies shouting about missing supplies .

The hotel room cleaning and having kitchenette. Nice that we could borrow sun parasol for the beach, thanks to the ones leaving it behind for the use of others.

Evening Entertainment not varied enough and bar closed a bit too early.

Friendliness of the staff and comfort of the rooms. The dinning times were not too strict but meal variations could be better improved. The Pre-check in is a great idea as arrived in the early hours.

Animation could definitely improve and the food offer was quite repetitive and not always of excellent quality

Perfect position in the Saint Miquel Bay, rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Despite the lack of dedicated parking, plenty of free parking space within walk distance, which is definitely a plus! Excellent value for money overall.

Such a friendly and relaxed hotel. The breakfast selection was superb and the facilities were very good. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom shower was great. The view from our balcony over the bay was beautiful. We found all the staff to be pleasant & friendly especially the reception staff who were particularly helpful to us.

It is a bit old fashioned. The location is not very convenient if you want to move around the island and the beach in front of the hotel is not that good compared to the rest.

I felt more could me done to make the complex more secure.

Loved that there was two pools. One quiet one and one less so. Great value food and drink options. Entertainment was fun. Great location, 5 mins walk to the beach.
