Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was rather hard and the room rather small with a very creaky floor and creaky bathroom door. We had to park on the street because the car park lift was too small for our Honda CRV car. However it seemed safe there.
We were able to get a meal in the cafe before 8.30pm which we liked and the food was made to order and good. Breakfast was also in the cafe and was made fresh to order so also good. The staff were very friendly. There was a free bottle of water each which we liked. The location is perfect for getting on and off the motorway.

the restaurant was open from 20.30 but when we arrived at 20.45 there were no lights on and no sign of life. Reception had to call to ask them to open up.. We were the only people eating there. There is a set menu which sounded good but unfortunately the asparagus we chose was preserved even though it is in season in Spain and not very pleasant. My husbands pork cheeks were congealed and were probably reheated in the microwave. My veal chop was very rare not the medium I had asked for and both our chips were luke warm. The waitress and chef could be heard discussing the veal and she did return to ask if it was OK but as the rest of the meal would have been cold if they had taken it back to cook more. Unfortunately there are no other restaurants near

I asked for an iron and theree was only one for the enitre hotel. We had to wait our turn to use it. It is important to mention that the iron was outdated and didnt worked properly. Also the hair dryer didnt worked well.
Nice and confortable bed. fast check in and check out. Staff was attentive to our requirements of an extra pillow.

Room quite small to get around but comfortable and clean.
Good location off the motorway for overnight stop enroute to ferry and found space to park outside with a trailer.

We couldn’t order from the menu unti 8pm even though the times stated in the menu were earlier .
Breakfast was coffee , juice and a croissant which was fairly priced at 5€.

Its just 'on street' parking - we were lucky and got a spot just outside the hotel but its limited in number of spaces. Its on the main road so its noisy if you open any windows

You can hear people a bit through the wall (Having sex). There is an option for breakfast for 5 euros that is coffee, juice and toast. I don't think it's worth it since you would get better and cheaper anywhere in the city.
Higienic. I forgot my toothbrush and paste and they had it there in the room. The beds were comfortable and so was the room. There was a lot of parking outside so it was easy to park, but we came in the low season. I don't know how easy it would be in the summer. There wasn't any issue.

The parking is difficult as a car lift is involved, it broke down as we where using it.

Barman in cafeteria very unwelcoming to us. Everything we asked he made out he did not understand, even when we asked to look at the menu he made out he did not understand then walked away muttering under his breath!! Room service food arrived with no covers on the food, not very hygienic then food was cold and the waiter was very sullen.
Cleanliness of room and hotel, comfortable room and bed. Lady on reception very helpful, nothing too much trouble.

The outlook wasn't the best .we stayed when the weather wasn't so good but there was a lovely outdoor area to sit and have a drink and food
