The hotel is in the heart of the old town, but in a very quiet street away from the noise of the bars.

Shower could be a little larger and I wish there will be daily replacement for shower gel.

Sea view is excellent! The balcony is created for having breakfast, lunch and dinner there, enjoying the perfect view of sea and Benidorm. Room was very VERY clean, cleaned every day, kudos to maids. The hotel is quiet and locate in quiet place, to enjoy the natural sound of sea and seagulls.

Taxi booked via site was unable to locate the hotel (dropped us off what turned out to be a couple of doors away). Not ideally signposted from the street (hanging sign just reads Hotel). Some of the staff had limited English but were very patient with my almost total lack of Spanish. No tea & coffee making facilities in the room but both are available from the bar downstairs.

Family run & staffed with friendly & helpful staff. Fantastic views from the balcony of our room. Very continent for the Old Town, Harbour & beaches. Room was a little compact but very clean & cleaned daily and quite well laid out. Aircon is interlocked to the balcony door so you need to make sure it is fully closed if you intend to use. Plenty of choice of water related activities from the harbour including Jet Ski & boat hire, parascending & boat trips.

For the money we paid we were very happy with the room

Basic hotel and room but the bed was comfy, pillows good and shower was powerful. The room was very clean and the Aircon worked well. The staff were very friendly..

Door to balcony had to be locked for AC to work.. Which was a pain if you were sitting on balcony but wanted to keep room cool in evening... Minor but needs to be looked at... Frames and doors could do with upgrade as these are old skool wood/pine and are not great for keeping noise out...

The walls are very thin. A lot of noise from the room next to us. (talking, tv, moving furniture about)

Shower curtain not the best, so water leaking over bathroom floor. No drinks glasses apart from bathroom ones therefore not able to have a proper drink on balcony. Limited plug sockets in room

Because the bath is curtained for the shower it might have been better to have stronger bathroom lighting but that is only a minor criticism

Fabulous sea view over harbour and Marina along the sea front to distant La Cala. Very well positioned for the church square and local bars and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable The Spanish family owners were friendly and welcoming and there was 24hr reception. The cleaning service excellent.

The property is basic but provides all amenities necessary.

Location is amazing, staff are friendly and super helpful. Rooms are basic and clean and the views are unreal! Such a class location with the small beach literally 50m away. Shops restaurants all 50m away so handy. Hotel was very quiet and the staff were always on hand. Great value for money would definitely recommend and return.

Nice small hotel in a very nice part of the old town, plenary of restaurants and bars also close to the shops. staff are very helpful and friendly Good bed and mattress and good aircon 🥵

No entrance on sea side of building so faced with either a very steep hill or a long slope to get back. Long slope street is very quiet and a bit scary on a night for a lone woman traveller but if you come up the steep hill to the Balcon the hotel is just around the corner from a very busy bar.

The staff were lovely - friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and had a fabulous view - it was a sea view room.
