We are a family of 3 and We felt like canned sardines in our room. Also our room was a bit dirty. Breakfast was OK (Undrinkable coffee)

The hotel tends to host large tourist groups, and at times, their presence can contribute to some noise. Therefore, I wouldn't label it as the ideal choice for those seeking a completely tranquil and relaxing experience

Following a disappointing experience at another hotel in Islantilla (Hilton DoubleTree), we opted to spend our final night here. To our delight, upon arrival, we discovered that we had been generously upgraded to a room with a breathtaking sea view. The room exceeded our expectations—spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with a perfect balcony for enjoying the sunset. The bed provided exceptional comfort, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff may not be aware of how much this upgrade improved our day, so a sincere thank you is in order! The hotel itself is expansive, boasting numerous facilities. Personally, I was enamored with the sizable pool and the convenient direct access to the beach. The inclusion of a gaming room and various entertainment options throughout the hotel, such as Zumba classes, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We will 100% come back :)

A little bit confused with a pet policy, you book a room first, then need to call directly to the hotel to confirm they have a room for guests with dogs. I was lucky to solve the issue. Bit if you are not, not clear will hotel return money or not.

The girl from reservation department of hotel group solved dog accomodation issue by phone and in a really friendly manner. The hotel prepared a room and a small dog bed and dog bowls. However, be aware a pet accommodation will cost you additional 25 eur per night. The Hotel itself is big and nice, on the first line of the beach and promenade. Nothing more to add since I was only one night there.

there was no al carte restaurant open even in september and the hotel was busy with big groups which made the buffet restaurant unplesant too crowed and noisy and at times had to wait to get in for half an hour the big groups got president over couples and small family groups there was so spa or inside pool open either the pool area outside could not be used before 11.00 in a morning and the pool was dirty and had moss growing in the bottom

the hotel was very well located in the resort near the beach and easy access, the buffet restaurant was good , the rooms were a good size and pleasant

No kettle or iron in the bedroom. We were told it was for Health & Safety reasons however it was ok to carry a pot of hot water from the bar to your room. I tried to book a massage and left my details at the desk but never got a call. Most upsetting was on our first night sitting for dinner, we were next in queue to be seated however the waiter proceeded to sit two separate Spanish groups behind us first. By no means was I in a hurry for my dinner but I just felt a bit dismissed by the waiter which came across as very rude.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Spotless everywhere you went. Very large suite with a very large balcony. Comfortable beds. Large pool with lots of sun loungers. Water was a bit cold though for time of year. Lots of variety at breakfast and dinner to choose from.

1 waiter serving in the hotel bar with lots of people ordering multiple coffees and teas. He was excellent worked quickly and efficiently assisted by a waitress. However I waited 25 mins to be served at bar and people who arrived after me got served before me. Only some other guests indicated that it was my turn.

The hotel is a gem sitting right on the shorefront with a most beautiful beach and promenade. Facilities are wonderful, pool stunning staff amazing.

There are no irons available at the hotel. They do have a laundry service but if you needed a suitcase full of clothing ironing that would be an expensive option. So that leaves bring an iron with you as the alternative which again I dont think most people want to do. I feel this is a small thing that could easily be put right to the benefit of all guests and little expense to the hotel. Lots of men walking around in heavily creased tshirts and polo shirts tell the story too. Wont ruin your holiday by any means, the hotel is wonderful but you may look a bit unkempt in your pics 😄 The only other thing to note is (and this is a huge bonus in many respects) this is predominantly a spanish guest hotel. Which means the staff speak minimal english. This is fine and most are pleasant if you take time to explain you only have minimal spanish it’s generally ok. But there are one or two staff that clearly have different styles of communication lets just say that.

Great facilities at the hotel, it is rightly a 4star. Location great, next to a main shopping and food hall with multiple restaurants/tapas bars etc. Food at hotel at the upper end of the normal buffet style. Pool bar and snack food of good quality if a little pricey. If you book this hotel you will not be disappointed.

I didn't expect to get a bathroom for disabled, was a bit of a mess, the whole bathroom floor got flooded. I would have enjoyed to be able to dine in the terrace and the restaurant to be open until later at night to grab a bite.

Great Breakfast with plenty to pick from. The swimming pool area was the best, with lots of activities and green space The room was big and quite comfy

Air conditioning - no remote control, no temperature control. A waste of energy overall, as we set the temperature to 27C and the fan kept blowing regardless, and one has to get up to manually shut the AC down. On another note, dinner selection could be better.

Cleaning staff was A+, despite the size of the crowd at this time of the year. Great pool, cleaned daily. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Staff overall was super nice.

Unfortunately my daughter and her family could not buy a pass to join us in the pool for a day. My husband has not been well and is no longer confident to swim alone and this would have been a chance for him to swim with our grandchildren.

As already mentioned dogs allowed in outside areas

Reception staff were excellent, room spotless and very good quality. Booked hotel as advertised dog friendly, provided nice unexpected dog welcome pack, bed and water, food bowls. Unfortunately the dog friendly element ended there. Our dog was only allowed to walk go and from room. Despite a large open space around the pool, dog was allowed to walk through to access beach but not stop ??? Hotel had large area around pool bar with numerous outside tables, dog not allowed. Hotel provided what looked like excellent breakfast, dinner service, again despite outside tables dog not allowed. Adjacent to hotel and beach was large shop and restaurant complex, dogs allowed inside all restaurants meaning we ate there for the whole stay. The hotel is clearly missing out on an opportunity to make full use if its facilities.
