The view from our room was of an interior courtyard that wasn't very attractive. The hotel as a whole could do with a bit of smartening up, for a 4 star, nevertheless the rooms themselves were smart and well maintained.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good choice of cooked, continental, fruit, bread, some sweet treats.etc. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's a pleasant 10-15 walk to the cathedral. The parking worked well, with an undergroud car park accessed via a car lift, it might be a squeeze for a large car but for our mid-sized car or was OK.

Everything was perfect. Room was spacious and clean. The parking is a bit tight but doable. Staff was very helpful and always had smiles on their faces. Good location as well. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the most places we wanted to go.

The location is not so near Alhambra. There is not any fan or ventilation in the toilet.

The hotel is so clean. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast is so delicious.

I had a shower but was in the bath. I recently had a stroke and it was a bit difficult getting in and out.

Stated here before, good location. Staff very nice and friendly. Glad the tea and coffee making machine was here this time. Appears my comments on this was taken notice of. Would recommend this hotel and time.

For a non smoking hotel we smelled smoke every time we left our room and sometimes from our room. (Not that it smelled of old smoke but that patrons were smoking).

Street noise. Noise between rooms. A litter far from main attractions.

The bed was comfortable. Modern rooms. Nice breakfast area. Nice pool area.

- For a room with 4 persons especially, I think the bathroom door should be of the type which closes tight in order to ensure some intimacy. Instead the door had by design a 1cm gap to its casing all around. :-( - Hotel parking is with a car elevator and it is paid (around 18 euro). Maybe it is just me but I would expect hotel guests to have parking included.

Location was close to the center, e.g. Granada Cathedral. Breakfast was pretty varied and overall good.

TV was tiny. A bit of a walk from the centre and all the good restaurants. Beds are more like camp beds than actual pieces of furniture.

Comfortable and good sized rooms. Clean bathroom with tub. Decent breakfast options. Helpful staff.

The most thing we didn't like is that we found hair on the toilet floor on different spots and poop splashes on the toilet seat which disgusted us and made us question the whole cleanliness of the room, however the room itself didn't have anything concerning cleanliness wise. The breakfast was fine not many options but not bad, however the cheese types didn't taste very good compared to other hotels in Spain.

The room size was big and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the location was good, 15 minutes walk to center and transportation, a very close supermarket.

Shortly after checking in, some other guests were given key access to our room in error, the couple were lovely about it and we spoke to reception who assured us it had been resolved

Everything was ok, a minor thing is that it can be mildly noisy when people are opening/closing room doors but if you wake up early enough this is not a problem at all

The location is quite central but still far enough from the core centre, if one wants more peace and quiet. The breakfast is also simple, but still has enough variety to be able to have different combinations for several days.

The shower could be a bit more modern and there is not enough storage for clothes.

The pool was much needed in the summer heat and when quiet, a lovely place to relax but the water was very murky.

Rooms can be better. In room 107 you can hear the noise when the shower is running in room 106. Noisy from the street as well. 4* hotel without a hot water for coffee?
