Wifi and cel signal both weak. Was generally okay for us, but if someone needed to connect with work or personal business, this might not be workable. Or be aware you’ll need to find a coffee shop in the tourist quarter to connect.

Ants in the kitchen. The bathroom door could not be closed. In the photos on the booking, only the grate is shown as the main entrance gate - but it is behind the main massive gate - a photo of that main gate would be quite helpful.

Excelent location, in the historic center. A maximum of 30 minutes on foot from Prado bus station. A beautiful historic building with a large green patio. Tiny apartment with everything you need. A well-equipped kitchen. Quick and smart check-in. The lady brought the keys 5 minutes after the phone call.

could hear a bit of early morning traffic from the street. We had the studio appartment and think these back on to the road.

We loved the pretty and tranquil courtyard and the ease of the location as it was not too busy and felt very peaceful. The decor is simple and very nice. We liked the little balcony and all the plants. Seemed good value for money to get such lovely ambience

the windows did not provide good insulation; people’s conversations could be heard clearly and it was noisy at times. despite staying there 24 days, I was not provided any cleaning supplies other than dishwashing soap and only one garbage bag. when I enquired about this I was told it was y responsibility which I found unreasonable.

There was no soap provided. I expect this was a temporary oversight. We had to use shampoo sachets to wash in the shower.

The bed was very uncomfortable, cooking smell from other apartment filled our room through the vent and the bathroom had a smell sometimes from the sewage.

The accommodation was perfect to the centre attractions and a beautiful humble courtyard with peaceful ambience, we had the corner studio, it was small but had everything we needed for our short trip, i would suggest a larger apartment if staying longer in seville. The room we had was in the corner and near one street that had noise from little traffic passing and people chatting but if you are a very light sleeper, i recommend to take ear plugs. We had very little sleep due to how uncomfortable the bed was for us, but everyone likes a hard bed, i am like the princess with a pea, soft is what i prefer, so again nothing to bad to rate. We had someone's cooking that smelt and filled our room from the vent system, so that needs to be addressed and sometimes the toilet would have a smell but i am sure this is normal. Check-out was at 12, and we asked for another half hour, which was granted. Over all would i stay again? Yes but would research a different room as the accommodation was in a perfect location. We both liked the area and little things above didn't ruin our stay.

We did wizz around the small apartment with Jose (after a long day of travelling) - I think some user notes left in the apartment would have been useful. We googled how the electric hot plate worked but never got the TV going!

No reception at the apartments so we had WhatsApp message conversation with Jose as we landed and made our way into Sevilla. Jose met us outside of the apartments and took us in, showed us the apartment and gave us the keys.

The map and information about the local area were sent to our phones. We would have preferred paper copies as phone screens are too small. Also, we couldn't work the TV but there were no instructions to help us. A bundle of paper information about the flat would have been helpful. The wifi was through a Facebook page which is not very safe.

We were met at the door by someone who handed over the keys; that person took the time to help us make up an extra bed. The bathroom was well appointed and practical. The setting of the studio was quiet and very attractive.

Perfect location in explore Sevilla. Everything is in the apartment. We could take our bikes and leave them in the square , that felt save. Quiet place near the old town . Friendly welcome.

Having instructions how to use hot plate, hot water switch, tv, would have helped A tourist map, supermarkets whereabout, things nearby would’ve been useful There’s no bathtub only shower stall.

The shower pressure wasn’t good.

It is a very old building with a nice garden area. Very close to everything yet quite. apartment had everything we needed. The communication was done in WhatsApp and they were very quick to respond.

- There were some cracks and stains in the room. - The internet was awful. Even though we used the one Jesus gave us, the connection was feeble and kept going in and out. - Some of the dishes and bowls in the cupboard were still dirty :/ - Came home one night to find one of the neighbours had put their air dryer with their stuff on it right in front of our door. Really pissed us off. It couldn’t have been a mistake because you can CLEARLY see there’s a door and there was LOTS of empty space around to put their dryer. We still don’t know why they did that.

+ The building and courtyard is stunning. Surrounded by beauty the moment you enter. + Found out that the accommodation is a cultural heritage. + The room came with lots of useful everyday items such as iron, ironing board, items to clean, etc. + The air conditioning saved us from the awful heat. + Great location. Lots of places for a bite. Will highly recommend the restaurant Catalina. Great food and lovely staff!! + The accommodation came with recommendations to eat out etc which was really helpful! Especially for the breakfast! Loved it.
