Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy only 'negative' was that the standby light on our TV would not turn off. Also, there is no area to lounge - a sofa to relax on, perhaps. There is no deck or patio or pool area, so a couch somewhere to escape being cooped-up in your room would be nice.
Hotel Cristina is modern, very clean, simple hotel. The bathroom is spotless with a great shower and shower pressure. The TV had 3 UK channels. Kettle and tea tray were available for the room, if requested. The staff were very friendly, spoke enough English, very helpful with recommendations and directions. The location was a short (4min) walk to town and I could see the beach from my room. There is a bar area and the coffee, wine and beers were great. We didn't have breakfast there but what I saw looked like a normal continental breakfast. A number of free parking bays on the street to use. Highly recommend.

United KingdomPaid £65 for a twin room with breakfast. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, modern bathroom and a very good breakfast. All this only a 2-minute walk to the beach! There aren't any amenities (pool etc), but as a base to explore the region it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

United KingdomIv stayed at the hotel 4 times and when i book I requested a double bed but only on 1 occasions had this been done. They pushed 2 single beds together and this is uncomfortable and not nice when you are a married couple and want to snuggle up but end up down between the beds. So I think on my next trip might try elsewhere. But it’s very clean lovely breakfast and great staff.
