They were changing the TV in our room one day when we got back, it would have been nice to receive a warning beforehand

Beautiful building, loved the yellow and the garden, very comfortable beds - we slept really well here, could hear the birds outside and not much else, exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and wonderful attentiveness and friendliness from the staff.

By booking a "suite", we expected 2 bedrooms in it. This is not made very clear in the advertisement text, that they don't have rooms with 2 bedrooms. So we booked one additional room upon arriving. I wouldn't call it a suite, its a room with one extra room with a sofa and tv. Tablecloths for breakfast should be changed every day.

The location is really good, very near to the sea and many shops on Paguera Boulevard, they are having a very lovely patio, Breakfast includes everything you need, fresh eggs are made according to your wish immediately, the owner is very friendly and communicative, you feel at once like belonging to the family.

The bed was just two single beds pushed together. It was impossible to sleep next to each other. The hotel is on quite busy street. Air conditioning direct over the bed. Some of the cleaning ladys didn´t even knok. Not sure the value of money.

Clean room, comfy mattresses. Very good and rich breakfast. Nice garden. Public parking place next to the hotel. We found a place every time.

Charming family hotel with lovely garden. They gave me a free upgrade to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. I loved the tranquility of the hotel. And yet so close to everything you need. Only 5 -10 minutes walk to the beach,shops,restaurants and busstop Palmira 1 and 2 and Tora busstop and beach. Breakfast has everything you wish for. All fresh products and fresh fruit. Family -run hotel. Staff were v pleasant, and friendly. We were able to change rooms from one upstairs (no lift, 2 storeys) to a ground-floor one as I had an irritated knee that didn't like going down stairs. Rooms were clean and bright, but basic. No electric kettle, but a fridge. Could've used an extra electrical socket. Great air conditioning unit (though blue led lights on it could be irritating - used an eye-patch. Food, included in our room (breakfast and dinner) was excellent and well worth it. We were allowed to store our bikes in a room, near reception. It was unlocked, but out of the main thoroughfare so you would only know about it if you had a bike to store. There was a Bike shop about 100m up the road. Would go back to this hotel in a flash. One small criticism: I had a very early zoom call to make with my deaf 102y old mother, so set myself up in the empty breakfast dining area. One non-english speaking staff member was v irritated by this, indicating that the space wasn't open yet. I tried to explain that I needed to talk loud (rooms aren't well-soundproofed) and didn't want to wake other people. I was able to make my call, though felt a little uncomfortable doing so.

The hotel was in a great location very near the beach and main facilities. The owner and all staff we friendly and helpful. We enjoyed lovey buffet breakfasts with freshly cooked Eggs/Bacon included if required and excellent meals from the restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel for a real 'value for money' stay

The WiFi was pretty weak unless I was in the lobby or main patio.

The hotel is conveniently located near beaches and shops. Meals were included in my hotel package and I can compare the dishes to a 4 or 5 star restaurant. Most importantly hotel owner Katia was super attentive and went out of her way to make my stay extra special.

The wifi inside the actual room kept disconnecting which made it a bit hard to work but it was much better outside on the balcony.

The staff here are super nice and helpful! When I walked in they took me straight to my room which was really great because I was feeling very tired. I love the proximity of the accomodation to the beach. It’s a 5 min walk to the nearest one and a 25 min walk to some nice coves.

The property has a certain age. We missed some hooks or facilities to hang up towels, personal hygiene stuff… A second coffee/tea making facility wouldn’t be a luxury …

What we liked most of the hotel was the “family style” and the easy contact with the family members who are very friendly, charming and helpful ! Big GRACIAS to all of them :)
