Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A very nice hotel, very sweet rooms! Having a fridge in the room is definitely a plus, especially when it's summer and you need to have things cooled! Great location. Even the bus stop to go to Alhambra is 3' by foot.

Construction noise from neighboring building starting early on weekdays.
The hotel is very clean, my room was comfortable. The location was convenient for the conference I was attending and was also good from a tourist's perspective. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice little hotel in the center of Granada. We had a twin room with a small balcony but with a part view of the Alhambra over the rooftops. Staff were helpful.

The bathroom was not spotles clean at the check in, but during my stay the room was cleaned properly and I did not have any other complaints.
The hotel is at excellent spot in the down town, in the middle of a part with lots of bars and restaurants. However, it is still a quiet place. Staff is helpful and nice. They helped me with automatic check in because my name in the reservation was misspelled and I was not able to check in automatically. Bed is comfy and the bathroom is also quite large for the single room. AC is working properly. Breakfast is also very good, with proper coffee and really good selection of food.

The breakfast had a good enough continental selection but a little more selection of hot food have been nice
The Location is very central. Walking distance to Carrera del Dara, Alhambra, the old town. The room is comfortable with a good shower and bathroom and comfortable beds. Also air conditioned. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room also.

There was not anything that I did not like.
Very clean and comfortable. A very nice hotel with lovely staff. A nice bedroom and spacious bathroom. I arrived early and as my room was ready I was given the room. Loved how easy it was to check in on the digital board. The location was perfect to reach all the tourist attractions. I could walk to all my sightseeing tours and restaurants. I did not try the hotel’s restaurant but if I was there longer I would have tried the restaurant because the food looked nice on the menu. I definitely would stay here again. I am usually a 4 star person but this 3 star has mad it on my list.

Rooms are cosy but it’s marketed as a comfort hotel so that’s fair.

Very comfortable and clean room. Good shower. A lot of street noise until early hours. Room was hot and no air conditioning. Good location for sightseeing. Plenty of places to eat locally.

The bed had stains on the mattress. No kettle or tea/coffee in room. Could hear noise from other guests easily.

Sensor light in entrance to the room which is lasting just few seconds. It has to be extended to last at least 30-60 seconds
Great location, nice comfy bed, clean, excellent bathroom, near almsot every restaurants, few minutes walk from the cathedral. Very affordable and recommendations for this hotel!
