The clunky room key. Lack of face cloths and hand towels. Had to even ask for a bath mat. The breakfast was confusing. We weren't offered a menu, just offered the buffet which ended up costing 12 E each for granola and coffee.

The location, the cleanliness, the room was nice and bright.

Unfortunately, you can hear other guest is in their rooms. They place/room is not dirty but it could be cleaner. Quality of the bed and other stuff such as TV, lamps, towels in the room is not at par with the price of the room, in my humble opinion.

- The location is amazing. You wake up to a beautiful ocean in a quite place. - Staff is very kind and always keen to help. Anything I mentioned during my stay they were always keen to accommodate. - Amazing terrace to have a coffee outside.

Sky bar was closed for the whole all of our stay, due to poor staffing. Our second night there was a wedding party at the sky bar so we couldn’t use it. Which was sad really because we were so looking forward to the sky bar and when we arrived it’s honestly laid out really lovely, it’s very comfortable and relaxing up there but nobody at the bar to serve you drinks, at one point every evening there was 1 person only working in the hotel and had to make reception a priority so we had to go downstairs and order our drinks.

Property was in a perfect location right on the beach front, the views were beautiful and the hotel is very modern.

Great location on first line. Clean seacoast. Many restaurants and supermarket is closely around. Very friendly staff . Breakfast is good. Good room cleaning. Convenient to reach Valencia, 20 minutes by car. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas are kindly provided at the reception.

View from the room was spectacular .. Room was very clean and spacious , bed was extremely comfortable . I really loved this hotel. Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful. Area and sea view were beautiful.

The shower was permanently blocked - we reported this bit nothing was done so I cleared out loads of old hairs from previous people who had used it etc which was very unpleasant. but it still didn’t drain. It had a long plank over it which wobbled around so it was very dangerous. It is supposed to be adults only but on one night there was a very noisy child in the next door room. Underneath our room was the bar which was always busy late into the night - so take your earplugs!

It was right on the beach and in the centre. We had an excellent evening meal there. We sat in the sky bar on the roof terrace during the day as it was quiet, sheltered and we got a lovely view of the sea.

Hot choice at breakfast was luke warm. Surrounding restaurants poor with many not open in the evening. Female toilet in bar area no lock on the door.

Not much. Hotel,wasn’t open for dinner but that was ok as lots of local restaurants. … Little issue - would have liked fixed shower head rather than flexi hose!

Beautiful view, a quiet location away from the main city, great for relaxing stay. Plenty of parking near by, great place to stay if you want to be away from the main city, nice beach.
