The walls in the sink area were a bit disgusting, but the rest was pretty well cleaned.

Staying in a place that matches the vibe of the city. Comfy bed. AC on a super hot day and mini fridge. Reading from the reviews, they did fix the bad smell, therefore it was smelling very nice when we came in the building and into our room. Would be extra nice to have a bottle of water on the fridge :)

Just fyi, it is located in the edge of town which required walking up a steep hill to get to town.

Nice, clean and welcoming hotel. Good location for all things in Toledo old town. Very good communication with staff via messaging (despite no on-site staff) who were very helpful with requests. Rooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. Check in and access was relatively straightforward.

There was not floor towel for shower

There is only a small and narrow table - my wide had to spend some time working and there was not much space to stay with a laptop. The location is not in the center but a few hundred meters from the walls - you have to walk some 200m uphill to get into the walls. The worse thing is that there is nothing around to have a breakfast and you can barely have a coffee in the room. So it's ok if you are fine with having breakfast out.

The room was very nice - very elegant and well designed, even better than in the picture. The room size is fair and the bathroom is also ok with a wide shower.

The walls are like paper, we could hear the guy in the room next to us snoring all night, and the next morning we could hear him talking and singing. The shampoo and shower gel smelled really bad, we actually were worried there was something wrong with them because of how badly it smelled.

There was no one on staff. Calle Azacanes is on a very steep road which might be a problem for some guests. Coffee, tea was not replaced after the first night. The walls are thin.

The location is close to the center and easy to reach from the train station. Communication with the property was straightforward, and the access 24 hours to the hotel/room with a PIN code was excellent. The room is quite good, with beautiful high ceilings.

This was a good stay. It's a nice building and a good room. It's close to central Toledo and within walking distance of everything. But do be aware that Toledo is a hilly city and *hot* in summer, so you'll want to walk slowly up the incline towards the town center.

The flashing blue light from the internet box in the corner was terrible in the dark and made it difficult to sleep. I also had to disconnect the TV because of the powerful blue light. Also I could hear the people in the next room talking until 2 in the morning.

The hotel lock was tricky to use and seemed open sometimes during the day. The walls of the room were not well sound proofed; we had noisy neighbours talking till at least 3.30am one night. We booked 3 months before going, and it was £50 per night more than booking nearer the time. I felt this was an unreasonable mark for booking ahead. The room was small, with only one seat in for relaxation. Actually no room for another. The balcony space was basic - no view. The mini- bar was empty. Actually just a fridge which was useful

The property was beautifully done up inside. The street was quiet. It was 5-20mins walk from the centre of Toledo. Laundry service daily

The walls between rooms are very thin. You could hear the guests in the room next door very clearly. I was awoken 2x by their alarm going off, before they appeared to be. We also had an issue with the code not working when we arrived. The woman who answered the call was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were very clean. Location was fairly central.
