Thought the room and decor were a bit “tired” for 4*, plus mattress was thin and not particularly comfortable. Parking, although secure, was a little expensive and the spa at €10 per person per visit a little annoying considering other spas in the region have it inclusive for guests.

Room was spacious with nice view from balcony towards El Campello and the Med. Food was good with large variety of cold and cooked meals available. Hard to judge all the facilities and entertainment as we were slightly out of season. Small gym but free to use. Good pool area that would be great come the summer season.

Breakfast and lunch ,,,,but last day it was very testy

I was from 14/02 to 18/02.... from 14/02 to 16/02 the lunch was very poor....but 17/02 it was amazing , I do not know what happened. The staff are very friendly

Most personnel didn't speak English. Fortunately reception personnel speaks it well.

The reception desk personnel was friendly and took care or all we needed. Food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, and every day new different and tasty varieties. The driver that took us to golf courses was warm, nice and funny, even if we didn't have common language. We enjoyed! Bonalba Golf course was in beautiful condition.

the spa facilities are really bad. Broken sauna,steam room was all cracked, the indoor pool smelt like a fish pond! And was freezing,We both woke up with sticky sore eyes the next morning.not worth the extra 10

The hotel is ok.good food not much choice but we went in december.the rooms were clean but dated.we upgraded to premium but there were no coffee or tea in the room ,just a kettle!

The waiting time for the Check- In was 1hour and 7 minutes. As my spouse left the hotel entrance to do something else, I continued to wait and then did the check in alone. When I mentioned that my wife wasn't present right now, I was threatened that if she does not appear physically until 23:00h the police will be called. That was a welcome ceremony at this hotel of a very different kind.

The access to the sauna, steam and hot tubs were an extra charge which i found to be ridiculous and stingy. The food was repetitive, same thing every day. They charged extra for kids to get slushies at the bars, and not enough animation for kids 10 and older.

The rooms were very clean, beds extremely comfortable, and the sheets were super soft. Great to have a balcony to dry things off. The pool is great!

The spa was closed the days we arrived and the live music was very loud but it finished by midnight

Lovely bar and outdoor pool area was great as it was warm and sunny although the pool was bracing!

No All inclusive in the winter months (drinks a bit pricey but it is a hotel so expected) Evening meal (buffet) left a little to be desired

The view from the he room was a wall service road, although we were a late last minute check in and choices were limited.

The hotel and the facilities are very good. The room was huge, although lacking in tea and coffee facilities.

Dinner buffee was really poor. Little to choose from, and meat was always raw.

Not sure if the air conditioning was fully working, but it didn't matter as the temperatures had dropped a lot compared to one week ago.

Good food choice but very busy and some 'hot' food was not very hot! €15 per night for car park is not acceptable!

Our family of 4 adults 2 children aged 5 and 1 aged 9 loved the pool and entertainment. Special shout out to Amy we miss you already!🥲

Remote location with only one shop and a very limited number of restaurants within walking distance.

One slight niggle. The car park was advertised on several different websites as £10 per night, but they wanted to charge us £15. We let Customer Service at Booking com sort this out for us, so a big thanks to you for your help.

Beautiful pool. Good sized modern bedroom and the queen size bed was super comfy. Everything you could want for breakfast and lovely and hot. The main restaurant was not "our cup of tea", but the A La Carte restaurant was delightful and we could not fault the food. We will definitely visit the restaurant again and would happily book this hotel again. The spa was lovely, well worth the extra cost and very relaxing.

Needs more staff at busy times, especially the reception. Pool area needs to cleaned early,pre 9.00am not 11-12. Lots of plastic bottles and glasses and sticky spilt cocktails .

One day our room was not cleaned at all.Had to ask at reception for clean towels and toilet rolls. The food was acceptable, but not great..

Buffett breakfast had many options but the coffee was terrible. There are coffee places and restaurants within walking distance with better and cheaper choices.

The room was of a good size, the bed comfortable and shower okay. We stayed to attend a workshop so it was okay. But the location is far from Alicante and a hefty taxi fare to go anywhere as you pay extra when you call out for a taxi to pick you up.

Decent golf course attached to hotel, played it 4 times in 5 days. Few bars close by but needed a taxi to El Campello for more variety Food ok. Decent views, we had the Pool view and the 8th green. Class

Toilet right behind bathroom door bit strange and awkward as the door was dragging on bathroom floor so not easy to open and close. A walk in shower would have been preferable to the bath/shower.

Lovely large room. Great views. Great breakfast selection. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easily accessible for the airport. Pool area was beautiful.
