Our room was directly above the restaurant. The sound of staff preparing for breakfast carried into our room from around 7, furniture being moved, tables being laid (cutlery and crockery being placed on tables). It was quite loud due to echoey building. Also thin walls between rooms, people coughing next door was quite loud too.

Fantastic location, just a few paces from main square. Wonderful breakfast and super friendly staff. Excellent communication.

The hotel is located in a quiet, historic area of Pollença. We liked the tasteful, minimal design of the interior, especially the generous size bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the safety deposit box was easy to use. Breakfast was served to one’s table, with a delightful selection of food to choose from, the ingredients being sourced locally. The poached eggs were the best I’ve ever tasted. Meals of different kinds, available throughout the day were of high quality. During many hours of the day, one can have a drink, meal or snack, sitting outside the hotel at a table in the sun. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Staff very attentive. Fabulous hygiene and cleanliness. Very nice room bed and facilities. Amazing surroundings in every direction from the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff totally focused on a good experience for guests. My room was always cleaned spotless by the time I returned every day. I just can't fault anything.

"Didn't like" is too strongly negative. "Could be better" perhaps. The free car park mentioned on the website is a good five minute brisk walk. Organising with the local ayuntamiento an official short drop-off possibility in the space opposite the entrance would help those with heavy cases or others for when it's raining (we were the latter). The breakfast has some very special choices but is a bit too complicated for it's own good. Too many choices with ham or bacon, and lots of little pots with small portions which need refilling (or you capitulate at the risk of seeming too demanding). Just wanting an extra slice of bread to finish the honey turns into a major five minute order. All the above just personal impressions - we wish the owners all the luck in the world, for a very pleasant small independant hotel.

Stylish, quiet and perfect central location. Staff were excellent, attentive and helpul. With only six bedrooms you feel looked after. Lovely breakfast.

No one around until breakfast so if we did have a problem it could have been tricky to resolve it. Parking hard in the town but not the hotels fault.

Easy self check in process speeding things up and nice clean rooms. Rooms on the smaller side but perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was also lovely.

I liked everything, but it would be hot for staying in summer. No air conditioner. Would prefer one small armchair instead of metal chair in the room.

Very comfortable bed. One big size! Wooden floors. Great breakfast. It’s very seldom when poached eggs are served. The elevator for 3 story building was a surprise. The location is great, few steps from public parking and very central at the moment. Contactless chek-in with precise instructions how to get in. I never stay in the room if the size is smaller than 18 m, but here it was a good compromise with the price for the room. Better small and cheaper but high quality and cozy.
