Walls are all stained, bathroom was not perfectly cleaned, there were still hairs on the toilet and showers also on the bed linnen. Balcony could barely fit two people. Our neighbours next doors are loud. And the reception did not care / did not do something about it. We let the housekeeping clean our room but when we came back they did not clean the bathroom floor and bedroom floor good, there were still dirt everywhere. We will not come back anymore, i would also not recommend this.

Did open early for breakfast but always late for evening meals, no good if you are going somewhere First room given to us was on ground floor,which I asked for,was very poor ,no telephone,no balcony, children knocking on windows from poolside Second room was on third floor, ok unless lifts not working and was very noisy every night with teenagers talking, singing, and laughing at 3 am

I didn't have a fridge in my room which would have invaluable with the hot weather. I had nowhere to store water to keep it cold. A table on my balcony would have useful. It would have been great to have had a tray at breakfast to carry everything, rather than going backwards and forwards several times to collect everything I needed. Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare. The dining room was incredibly busy, and sometimes the food did run out. I found the level of noise, both during the day but particularly at night difficult, whether it was inside or outside the hotel. Guests would return to their room at any time, slamming doors, running up and down the corridor in shoes, screaming or arguing, or dropping bottles on the floor. I was also very concerned to see that guests would often move between one room and another by jumping over the balcony, even if they were on the 5th floor! Very risky and particularly dangerous if they had been drinking.

Breakfast was OK. Nothing special but there was plenty of it, and some of it was good. I didn't like the coffee, but the fruit juice was great, as was the cooked breakfast.. My room was OK. The bed was comfortable. I liked having the balcony which was brilliant with the hot weather.

The hotel was advertised with day time entertainment which was aqua gym once a day and that was it, night time entertainment very poor. There were big group of 20 ish year olds very drunk with playing their own music through their own speakers, nothing was said from the life guard. Music was being played until early hours of the morning through these speakers, after complaining twice security went and asked them to turn it off. Big group of 18-30 would come back to the hotel through the early hours of the morning singing, shouting and knocking on peoples doors and again the hotel staff didn’t do anything. Breakfast was terrible, unless you like mixed vegetables , fish balls, mixed peppers.

Dinner and lunch was good, central location . close to the beach, supportive reception staff when requested to move rooms due to the noise throughout the night, bar staff were helpful and cheery.

the buffet is too crowded, and there's no one controlling as if there's no COVID pandemic going on. the hotel doesn't look like it's 4-star, for us it's only like 2-stars. the hotel room doesn't have a table. the facilities are a bit old, there's no exciting event going on for the night. we will definitely not go back to this hotel.

It's a big hotel, not charming at all and no nice design. The breakfast/buffet room was as basic as it gets.

We had a very good price deal. I recommend taking half board, but only if the price is good. The mattress was good and the single beds big, Good room size. Location is excellent. Wine included with the meals.

You will not get a good nights sleep. Noises outside of deunk party people, hitting doors in the hallway late in the night, food buffet is the same- breakfast, lunch, dinner, you will get same things all over again. Even one person from my group got food poisoning. Mass production, horrible coffee, bread is dreadful. Indoor pool was not in use, it was closed, outdoor was too cold to swim. Rooms cannot be heated/cooled, there was only heating so we must open the window as it was too hot but then the cigarette smell came all the time in plus the horrible noise so my daughter must wake up in the middle of the night and crying as she couldn’t bare the noise and couldn’t get asleep anymore. Knowing that spring is a time for athletes to come, it is horrible place to be, you will not get recovery at sleeping at night and also food is very cheap and low quality. Staff is tired and not very welcoming as the groups arrive in hundreds every day. If you want party and cheap liquor, then its for you. The place and the hotel has had better times, now its just marginal drinking place

Getting breakfast in the morning was like a cattle mart, smell of smoke from the bedrooms was unreal, bedrooms were like something from the 1970's.

No real complaints, considering it is a hotel that caters to many people.

The suite room was very comfortable with noise-proof double-glazed windows. There were a lot of people in the hotel but it seemed well organized and the staff very polite and helpful.

Everything else - rooms (we had superior, but even renovated rooms were not clean). Staff - as foreigners, who don’t speak spanish or french, we needed to stay in line with the ones, who needed to check in. Every time our card didn’t work/there was other problems, we needed to stay in a line for at least 20min! Even if we have reached staff member, something always happened and they could easily throw you to the other queue! + at night there was a lot of noises, like someone scratched the floor. staff haven’t done ANYTHING, even though we we told them about this problem 4(!) times!

Room was tired - dated bedspreads, no minibar or even fridge. Lighting could be improved. We gave breakfast and the pools a miss: too crowded.

The staff we met were very pleasant. Beds were comfortable and aircon worked well.
