Our only disappointment was the night we had dinner in the restaurant, food was cold, fillet steak was fatty also looked unappetising.

The entry to building is magnificent, with floral displays with a lovely fragrance. Every aspect of the hotel is first class. All bathroom requirement were provided even a hair straightener. Complimentary bottle of sherry and welcome gifts. Beds turned down at nights with a gift and chocolates. Breakfast was fantastic, A la Carte service with five or six courses, set in a beautiful court yard. The rooms are spacious, bed linen and towels are luxurious.

The decor as you enter the hotel is stunning. Theres a gorgeous atmosphere as you enter. This hotel know what attention to detail is. Everything was perfect. The staff were fantastic, the room was spectacular, super comfortable bed.

There is nothing we didn’t like. If there is one thing that can improve then it’s the “knowledge” of some of the staff about what guests of five star hotels like to see/visit in a city and what there expectations are. But this lack of knowledge is fully compensated by the eagerness to assist. Jorge the manager is also fully in top of it and his service is fantastic.

The building in itself is great, especially the interior is stunning. Good location as well. Staff is very friendly and is willing to assist.

The rooms was very small, especially for the price. There were no actual windows...except one window that opened onto the hotel courtyard...so the room was v. dark.

Location was great. In walking distance of many monuments. The design is glorious. Staff is v helpful.

Check-in was so easy and I was immediately offered an upgrade to a suite with breakfast included. The room itself was simply fabulous. The attention to detail is phenomenal from the decor to the toiletries. Everything was spotless - not a mark anywhere. Felt like first person ever in room.

The Hotel is something…✨ Beautiful and charming. SUPER clean! the room is gorgeous and comfortable. the Staff is awesome! the food of their restaurant is amazing. the location is really good, in just 5, 10 or 20 minutes walking you will be at best places in Sevilla. By the way, Sevilla is STUNNING!

The Hotel was outstanding, having travelled frequently over many years it was possibly the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The decor and detail in the bedrooms was exceptional with attention to detail never experienced before. The communal areas from first arriving to check in were also outstanding. A perfect location, however more importantly a perfect hotel. When we return to Seville we will not consider any other Hotels!
