Our room faced the street and while as stated there was nothing wrong with the room itself it was very noisy at night which made sleeping difficult. I got ear plugs at the local pharmacy!!!

We were given a bigger than expected bedroom, Very clean. roof terrace was great and we had it all to ourselves. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent value for money.

Location was excellent. Room was clean. I managed to park outside the hotel when I got there and asked the receptionist how long I could park. She looked to see where I was parked and proceeded to give me a card advising that I was a hotel guest which allowed me to park outside the hotel for the 2 days that I booked.

I didn’t like the smell of weed in the room despite the “No smoking” note. It disappeared on the second day only.

The room was clean, the bed and bathroom were also clean. It was small but for us it was ok for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good. And they cooked an omelette for us personally. There was a variety of meat and ham and sausages, vegetables and fruit. We liked the breakfast a lot.

A Polish woman at the reception was very nice, polite and helpful (recommended a good Spanish restaurant), also spoke perfect English. The room was very clean and cosy. Although the room was small, there was a small table, cupboard and a fridge. The room was according to my preferences which I wrote at the booking. The bed was comfortable, no noise from outside. Bus stop is not far away, a very big supermarket is 2 minutes by walk

As a solo traveller I loved being welcomed by a REAL PERSON at reception. I was given tips; local info about the laundromat, travel advice about the Caminito del Rey; and I loved the roof terrace! Breakfast was superbly cooked fried eggs - the Chef's specialty. I warmly enjoyed feeling at home, and was surprised it was a big hotel. If you want a wonderful experience, book here.

I banged my head with the hanging TV, but I must say that I am a clumsy type !

I stayed just one night as I had to attend a clinic nearby. The staff at reception a Polish lady was extremely helpful and made sure that my stay would be pleasant, she is an asset to the hotel ! Room size was decent and clean. The hotel is very close to restaurants and shops. Parking around the area is limited to blue zones, but if you just walk a bit further away (5 mins) you can get free street parking, note that the area has zone emission restrictions and you would need a permit to enter with your car. Would stay there again.

Nice, clean, comfortable room with small bath, in small hotel in old town centre, so within easy reach of shops/restaurants/etc. I had a room at the back, which was very quiet. Good wifi. Very good value for money.

What's not to like?

A lovely, comfortable little hotel in a nice smaller town at a good off-season rate. Enthusiastic Dutch owners, so there's a real, extensive 'Dutch Breakfast' like you're used to getting in the hotels in Holland. Spotclean, and very helpful and warm front desk staff.

The only thing was the shower was quite fickle. Both the water pressure and temperature were quite erratic, so one moment you have a gentle warm stream and then it starts blasting cold water on you. But other than that, the stay was great!

As with many Spanish hotels, there was no kettle or tea/coffee making facility in the room, which is pretty essential for a British visitor, so this would have been a nice bonus.

Excellent central location in San Pedro, close to amenities and shops, and easy 5 minute walking distance to the bus stop for buses into Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona. My room was a decent size for a single and had a nice modern walk in shower.
