Room was extremely dirty. There were signs of boots on the floor. The bed had white stains on it and towels were dirty. I thought that they forgot to clean the room after previous guests. And also cold floors are not really great

The family double room at the back of the property has outdated decoration compared to the onces in the photos.

The location is perfect if you ate looking for beach and have a car. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good. There are some games for kids. Pool seems great but weather was cold for us to us it.

Beds were rather firm for our taste; reception and service was efficient but could have been a little warmer.

The hotel is in a great location, set back from the road so its quiet yet only a few minutes walk from Valdevaqueros beach for kite/wind surfing and the dunes. Each room has a kitchen so you can eat independently but the hotel also has a nice breakfast buffet and offers dinner too. Or you can make the short drive into lively Tarifa town.

Excellent coffee machine in the room but no mugs, I used the glass from the bathroom. My wife doesn't do coffee but there was no tea or cola cao in the room. We didn't ask as it was purely for the morning wake up.

Parking, room cleanliness and the pool was what we were looking for. Bar, restaurant facilities were practical and perfect for families the food was very good indeed.

an alternative transportation to and from the airport, but the car was a bonus in the end. It is about 4 miles outside of Tarifa, and is quite close to a busy road, but the traffic noise was not too bothersome. There is a good if limited menu and not many places nearby to eat other than Tarifa.

The staff at this small family run hotel are great. Helpful, polite and the whole place is absolutely spotless. It does really need a car to get around places, but with Tarifa and the beaches within 10 mins, it is well worth coming to stay at this hotel. The grandfather still grows all the oranges for the morning juice, tomatoes for the bread and potatoes for the best chips ever.

Bed sheets and mattress a bit old. Appartment kitchen needs updating, for instance no cups, teapot or kettle.

Relaxed vibe. Sea view. Although slightly further from the main road than the other hotels near Valdevaqueros, you need a car to get kite gear to the beach anyway so not a problem. I had breakfast at Tangana beach bar every day, which is really close, the best chiringuito in the Tarifa area if you ask me. I was there in May and there was hardly anyone which suited me fine.

Good value for money. Close to Tarifa, the beaches, and the main highway - but located far back enough to be quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to a nice open air bar that closes around midnight. The bed seemed new and quite firm, which suited me fine. The facilities were clean and in good condition. The pool was very nice, surrounded by trees. There's a rooftop where there's yoga as the sun sets. In general it's very pretty. The staff were friendly, but quite reserved - they don't speak much English, so don't expect 5-star smiles and constant 'can I help you sir' service - but they will absolutely help you if you ask politely. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful - cheese, croissants, bread, fresh orange juice, excellent coffee, ham slices, boiled eggs, watermelon, honey melon, cereal - a great start to the day, though I wouldn't have minded a slice of tomato and cucumber as well. Overall, this is a great value 3-star hotel - I'd happily return.

One staff was beyond excellent. She worked front desk, bar, kitchen, waitress, room service. She was quick, friendly & precise. The rest of the staff seemed like family members that were Luke warm but cordial. So not that I didn't like it just that they were pale in comparison.

Pool is wonderful. Great complex for our kids 7&9. Safe & fun for them to run free.

If you do not have a car, you will be limited in moves. The beach is in 15 min walk. Unfortunately, due to location of the natural park it is impossible to make a short cut, so you just have to walk along the highway. No other disadvantages.

If you are looking for a very, extremely quiet place to stay, search no more. No children, no parties, everyone just relaxing. There is no noise on the territory and the rooms are well isolated. Big pool and a terrace nearby. Amazing traditional breakfast with cheese, jamon, coffe, juice, nice bread and all additional little things such as marmalate or butter.
