Excellent little hotel , easy to find, clean, good bathroom, excellent shower , warm ( it was very cold outside when we were there ) hotel was quite so had a good nights sleep, breakfast only 6 euros was basic but ample , plenty of free parking on the streets around although the hotel has its own garage ... Nice little bar downstairs with nice food.. really good value for money overall...

The air conditioning was turn off . We asked the front desk lady and she said they turn it off in September cause of the winter .. mind you temperature outside was 80 and 75 at night ...

The fact that we got lucky and found a parking space in front of the hotel

The room was very small, air conditioning barely worked and was expensive compared to others

Convenience of location being on the Tram link to the Centre of the city whilst easy to access from motorway system/

Not much, just location if you wanted in the town

Good little bar belonging to the hotel, and also a lovely train themed bar next door (which was cheap) some nice locals bars around. It is a hike to the centre of town, but the tram runs in front of the building. Parking was safe and easy. Great for Bilbao/Santander ferry

While the location is very good, be careful which exit you use from the motorway! Still easy to find but quite far if you've taken the wrong one.

The staff was really helpful and kind (and spoke English). The room was comfortable though small.

Few pet hairs on the bed, but knew the hotel accepted pets before i booked so guess was to be expected. The room was nice and clean and laminate floor throughout the hotel keep pet hair to a minimum.

Fantastic shower! Powerful and big and clean.

Well, purely personal point ... Irish "theme" to bar - yes it has Guinness theme but no Guinness! Do not let that put you off ... we are in Spain and not in Ireland nor in a UK pub! Great little bar.

The hotel is excellent value for money and the staff go out of their way to help - they are faultless. Rooms are clean and well laid out. The continental breakfast was excellent. As a stopover will certainly visit again.

Check in took forever, large queue and no one at the desk. However, staff were helpful. Location a little out of the way, though very accessible by tram.

Comfortable, wifi, tv, plenty for breakfast

Very "oldfashioned" forniture. Beds not very confortable. Very poor value for money.

Good location if you arrive late. Easy to find. Staff are nice. Places to park... in the weekend.

Location wasn't great for our purposes but fine if you are there for work.

If you are traveling for leisure not business then the location is not ideal. There is not much going on in this neighbourhood. The hotel seemed understaffed however it was the low season. When staff were around they were very helpful. Rooms were large and comfortable.

The bathroom needs some renovation. There were missing parts. The beds squeak and the TV was broken.

The room and bathroom are big and clean. The tram station was directly in front of the hotel so you could get to the city.

Our room was very very cold. The only heating radiator, which was in the bathroom, wasn't switched on until 2.00am in the morning? The hot air heating system wasn't adequate to warm the room and because of this the bed was freezing cold. Some sort of play area at the back of hotel was very noisy with children playing.
