Shower door only half of shower and no matter which direction we pointed shower head the floor got soaked dangerous

Excellent breakfast you pay for him it worth it. Staff is fabulous they carry your luggage to room, order taxi and carry luggage to taxi, bring needed items to your room asap. Room was average but bed comfy.

The rooftop pool could have been warmer.

We liked the proximity to the Mediterranean. And it was a nice treat for a family that usually travels more modestly. I liked that we could have single beds. It was convenient for our group

The pools were not heated, so they were too cold to swim in. Our children were pretty disappointed since they had been looking forward to swimming.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good, but limited on hot options. The selection of cured meats was great.

The location was brilliant. We’ve visited Barcelona a fair few times but this has got to be the best hotel and location we’ve stayed in. The Marina, La Rambla, gothic quarter- all within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff at reception are brilliant and so attentive, Beatrix was lovely, there was a man who unfortunately I didn’t get the name off but was always so welcoming when we went passed him and brilliant with our daughter. We celebrated my birthday whilst there, on arrival they’d arranged cake balloons and cava in the room which was a lovely touch. On my actual birthday a few days later, again, after site seeing we returned to more complimentary cake cava and balloons. The rooms were spacious, cleaned daily and stylish.. and the rooftop is an added bonus. We eat at their restaurant both oria and on the rooftop, food was lovely and so were the sangrias! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The breakfast wasn’t as good as I hoped, the pastries were a bit dried out and not many egg options, just plain scrambled eggs. They did have a good selection of fruit and juices though! It was really minor, the breakfast was sufficient, but not anything to talk about.

The location of the hotel was perfect a short walk to almost everything you’d want to do. The best part was the staff! Enrico, the evening host, was fantastic!!! Every night when I came back from exploring the city his friendliness and cheer made me feel so welcome. He was fantastic!

Loved the hotel and the roof top with the bar and pools. Staff were amazing!!! The guys that greet you at the front desk are the best! All staff were so accomodating. Just loved it here. Location is great.
